Location is good . Is so clean too.

We need urgently a microwave in the room because I’m staying with a baby that need warmer milk and to reheat. Need a confortable chair in room too. Can’t go outside to the playground cuz the hot weather, can you consider in a future, put games in a covered room with air conditioning or ventilation for little kids? Extent the hours of breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30, cuz we can’t enjoy breakfast anyday trying to get ready with the baby.

My 4yo didn’t want to leave the resort, he wanted to stay and play at the playground! LOTS of things for the kids to do, definitely a family resort. Childless families/couples may want to look elsewhere, although my wife and I did enjoy the pool, clean facilities (with onsite laundry) and large breakfast buffet. For families this is tough to beat, and the price is great.

The driving can be tricky and has gotten worse since my last visit (like the rest of Orlando), but I believe there’s a shuttle service to the parks but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment.

Playground was well thought out, pool felt maintained, felt secure, easy in and out to main roads for Disney world

Pictures made it seem like a high end resort but in person it missed the mark.

I loved all the positive messages and signage. I loved all the play areas for the kids, especially the bounce house! That was their favorite. Then the pool.

The breakfast. The only thing they really wanted was pan cakes or waffles. There were no pancakes and the waffle maker was difficult to stand in line for as in disabled and had one child with autism and a 4 year old. The bed was hard for me but I rarely find a bed that is comfortable for me due to my health problems. Maybe have a few rooms available with softer beds for special needs like mine.

The staff is very attentive they are very friendly and resolve concerns immediately they make you feel welcome..if you looking for something like low budget stay I would recommend you going here instead of other places with almost same night rate. Be aware this place is like red roof in or super eight they have upgraded painted and done other maintenance updates so it's not a run down place but the setup is same like those places mentioned above. Plenty things to keep your kids engaged and occupied recommend this place definitely for kids

Our bathroom was not very clean. Some towels had stains. we had a clogged sink they sent immediately someone up he came in thrice for the problem, but the problem never got resolved. Be aware you room might be facing the playground common area or pool the music is blasting till 9pm. After that the pool and kids club might be closed but people after 9pm still kept using the playground even at 10 pm it was very noisy.

This was the best hotel for staying with young children i have ever experienced! The outdoor play area was exceptional, creative, and fun! The pool was average but fun and gated and safe. The play room was exceptional with plenty of tables and toys very suitable for sensory children. The play room also had in-wall screens for game playing. Of course the bouncy castle was a success too. I liked that the parking areas were situated away from the main childrens' play area. Swings and play house with a kitchen, doors, and windows. Front lobby was immaculate and Starbucks certainly a treat! Breakfast area very large and well laid out with lots of food and variety as well as multiple waffle iron stations! We loved our stay and will visit again when traveling with the Littles!!!! Amazing experience. Nice decor in the rooms, great floors (no carpet of course) in the rooms and good bedding and lots of pillows. Theme painted walls very welcoming to the kiddos. Oh and we loved the inspirational signs posted. They were literally an inspiration and completely welcoming! And the cutest Frigidaire frig and freezer ever!

The staff is absolute fantastic.

Is not a resort. Is like a normal Inn. The acoustic of the rooms is not good.

I was very satisfied with the overall value for money. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The space felt welcoming and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. In general, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

For a hotel that caters to families and children, I found it quite concerning that the nightstands are made of glass. One night, my child fell off the bed and came dangerously close to hitting his head on the nightstand — something that could have resulted in a much more serious accident. The sharp corners make it even more hazardous. While I appreciated the overall value, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, I strongly believe that the furniture design should be reconsidered to better ensure the safety of young guests.

This has been our second time at Magic Moment Resort. We really enjoy the kids' friendly environment. There is no " ssshhh" l, kids can be kids, play, run, laugh. Staff is very friendly. It is overall a real family place with nice little notes everywhere to remind you to enjoy your time with your loved ones.

We didn't really like the breakfast this time. We cam at 9am and It was so crowded that we didn't even find a spot to sit. Pancake/waffle dough was empty. Coffee tasted over heated for a long time and no creamer for coffee. So, my girls had a bowl of cereals. If they had at least some cheese or boiled eggs, we would have had been to eat at least something. We all felt like the breakfast was better 1 and 2 years ago.

Rooms are redone and clean. Breakfast was decent and satisfying, nothing to write home about but nothing bad to say about it. I understand the pool hours but wished it was open later because I like to go for a quick swim after getting back from the parks.
