Room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. The location was convenient for us to stop for a night along the river road. The breakfast was great forngetting started in the morning.

Pool was relaxing but didn't look like it was overly maintained. Donaldsonville didn't have many options for food on a Sunday night other then fast food open so needed to go to Gonzales for dinner.

The hotel was great place to stay. It was clean but only to find out the next day that it had three baby roaches in the bathtub. The receptionist recommended a good place to eat and it was great with live music. I would stay again I will take my shower with my shower shoes. I think they need to spray for bugs.

Clean and nice place to stay for one or a few nights. Well communicated for tourists. Room was spacious, WIFI was working fine. Service was supportive. There was new payment way for washing mashines with some issues with payments with card. But the service helped us and we were able to do the laundry in the hotel nearby.

I would suggest to doublecheck payment methods for laundry machines. I think some guests will not have cash so card payments would be recommended. Little choice during beakfast.

Unusually large crowd that weekday that I was part of. I slept in late for breakfast and kitchen server cooked additional food, after they had run out, just for myself ! Front desk persons were very patient and helpful, including the manager who made special trip to ensure that my "hot water" worked - I had goofed not understanding Hot vs Cold settings.

Everything was ok.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I checked in near 9:00 p.m. The staff member who pulled up my information had a smile on her face and told me of the hotel and it’s surroundings. The breakfast offered was very nice and a very nice lady was in the dining area to assist. I will definitely recommend this hotel in hopes I’ll have the opportunity to stay again.

Nah…can’t think of anything that I did not like about this hotel.

Coffee was cold in the fall very slow to replace it was very much a chore to get hot breakfast coffee bit we did get a warm sort of coffee ... that said stat was great otherwise many thank

Clean comfortable bed quiet room

The guy working the front desk the next morning was asleep at the desk didn’t even acknowledge me. A coworker tried to talk to him about his receipt after I left and the guy was just out of it he said couldn’t get anything out of him

The location, room size, bed was comfortable, breakfast was just right, everything was neat and clean inside and outside, the location of the room to the side exit door was convenient.

There was not anything to dislike

The breakfast was okay. The room was very clean. The price was fantastic.

I couldn't adjust the temperature in my room. There was no display on the heating/cooling unit, and pressing the buttons did nothing.

Very courteous and professional staff, very close location to my work location.

Breakfast was not what I expected, no worries I did not have time to eat!!!
