The location was great. And the access to the parking garage was convenient. I thought the decor was very nice. The atmosphere was also enjoyable and pleasant. The workers really are what made the experience special. They were polite and kind. Helpful and dutiful. Also very knowledgeable not only about the hotel but about the town. The workout room was nice being open for longer. The bed was comfortable. The food was wonderful. Shower pressure was decent. The shampoo and conditioner was nice.

They need to check high and low dust again before they leave a room to be occupied. We were never able to have a drink by the pool though we went to the pool more than once during our stay. They should have the pool availability be open later on weekends. The hand lotion by the soap dish was very used. In our room it looked like perhaps the building shifted or the flooring was not cut correctly. The gap in the front of the picture closet to the thermostat was snag worthy for someone with small toes. The boards were not under the food board and a gap was very noticeable. The room we were I could benefit from a full body mirror on the wall in front of the door. After getting the garage qr code explained it made since.

Location was the best part. Made it very easy to get to Globe Life with two small children. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The front desk offered my kids a small stuffed animal as we arrived which they were thrilled about.

The valet rushed us out of our car upon arrival. I was trying to wrangle two small children making sure they were safe along a busy road and unloading our car by myself. I had to ask him multiple times to please not take the car yet as our things weren’t unloaded. I struggled with my kids inside and then at the front desk someone helped me with our things which I appreciated.

The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the AT&T stadium. Amazing proximity! The lobby is an awesome place to hang out. The staff made it easy to valet the car and have friends visit. The hospitality and f the staff was consistent excellent. When you text them for something it quickly appears. They respond to questions about restaurants via text quickly as well. Really happy with the stay and the excellent hospitality provided by their staff.

Our room was on a lower floor and it was a tiny bit noisy with fans celebrating below.

The property has amazing lounges/bars and the pool is much nicer in person than in the pictures. It also has a handicap ramp that goes all the way into the water which is nice if someone can't easily do steps. There is a swim-up bar in the pool area, one in an area between the building and the pool, and it gets a nice breeze, and a lounge inside that can be seen from the entry. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and you can text to have more items, like extra towels, brought to your room. The valet staff is also wonderful. They bring you water while you wait for your vehicle and you can text from your room to have your vehicle brought out. They really thought of everything when it comes to service and the entire property is amazing and in the middle of all the sports arenas. We will definitely stay there again!

I wish they had suites available with two beds and better yet, two bedrooms. All the suites are king size beds only.

Room was very nice, clean and view was amazing overlooking Dallas. We appreciated how close the property was located to Texas Live and local shopping. Staff were amazing! Everyone we encountered was very friendly, helpful, professional and promptly responded to our requests!

Our room was located on the 12th floor, which we LOVED, but that floor offered no ice machine and we had to call for ice. Every time we requested ice it was delivered promptly.

Location next to Globe Life Field.

The bar was a gouge, frankly. $25 for a Old-Fashioned with bar whiskey, not including tip, is a bit strong; and this was after the expected gouging going on at the outdoor bars going into the ball game, as well as the ball game itself. I guess I expected the hotel bar to be a little less into separating my money from me. Color me surprised. But I got plenty out of the stay that was positive, and a free glass of wine upon arriving!

We attended a baseball game at Global Life Stadium, and the hotel was literally a 4 minute walk! The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was always ready to assist guests with any of their needs! The beds are beyond comfortable with feather down pillows/ comforter, and a pillow top mattress! The hotel has an amazing restaurant along with multiple bars plus you can order food out by the pool as well. Highly pleased! We will be back! E tea bonus we had a view of the Dallas Cowboy Stadium from our window!

We loved everything!

Everyone was so friendly. Their housekeeping team is the BEST I've ever seen. They did such a nice job cleaning our room daily. The selection at the coffee Cafe was great and their nicer restaurant was tasty. They had live music throughout our stay which added a lot to the ambiance. The decor is beautiful and the views from the rooms are phenomenal!! The Skybridge to conference center was so convenient. Even the valet team was awesome- fast and friendly. One of the best hotel stays I've had in a while.

Staff was super friendly and responsive. Restaurant was backed up 90 minutes for breakfast and we ended up going to the coffee bar instead. Lilly, the rooms coordinator, was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Only one restaurant and it filled up quickly. When we went there for lunch it wasn't that busy, but service was slow. Friendly, but slow. Came back the next morning and the restaurant was completely overwhelmed.

Convenience!!!! It was top notch amenities all around the hotel! The restaurants, bars, outdoor sitting areas and pool were spectacular. We attended the baseball game and it made all the difference. We didn’t have to worry about parking with a short walk to the stadium made the expense of the hotel well worth the experience and proximity.
