The hotel was centrally located to many spots we went. It was nice and clean. Seemed to have been recently redone. The Staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. The gentleman who worked in the breakfast room was a real sweetheart, very efficient and friendly

I didn't like the barn door on the bathroom. It did not offer a lot of privacy..

Super friendly staff, great breakfast and very nice room! Quiet even though on the main drag in Heber with tons of big trucks on the roads.

More like suggestions than criticism as super hard water is a plague in Utah and the area really doesn’t have an off-season to facilitate deep cleaning, but the shower head was pretty plugged up with limescale and the hall carpet (3rd floor) was vacuumed but still pretty dirty. I noticed because I used to work housekeeping in a resort hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and the service staff was so nice. The room was perfect with a nice view of the mountains. There was plenty of parking and the location is great for exploring Midway or even a little further up to Park City. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance as well.

Our door was left open one day, probably accidentally by cleaning staff.

The breakfasts, pool, & kind staff. Juan was very considerate by taking some extra time to prepare a breakfast for me that was gluten free and not cross contaminated. I appreciate it very much because I get very nervous eating out since my celiac diagnosis. Thank you Juan!!! He also helped my family get new room keys because they didn’t work to use the pool at one time during our stay.

The hot tub looked gross and not clean.

Location was perfect for the Lacrosse event we were attending. Place was easy to get in and out of and close to everything. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs.

I truly can’t give a bad review. It was perfect! I will definitely stay here again next trip.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful and personable.

THe breakfast could be vastly improved with real plates and cutlery. Paper plates and paper cups did not cut it. Also the coffee could have been better. Yoghurt that was not super sweet would also have been appreciated.

Juan who works the kitchen area goes above and beyond keeping the breakfast and dining area where the guests eat their breakfast exceptionally clean. Never stops cleaning and making sure the guests have everything they need! Very nice and kind man.

How clean and friendly the staff was.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Good shower. Bright and airy public areas and excellent parking. Breakfast was typical of this type of hotel and pretty ok overall. Good coffee availability. Good standard of cleanliness. Location was good for us.

Pool was closed for refurbishment and since we had booked some time ago it would have been better to have been advised of this beforehand- not a big issue but should have been advised.

The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The grounds and facilities were neat and clean.

The only drawback is that the bathrooms have a sliding barn door. There is not much privacy with that kind of closure.

The room was very big, it was really well located to go to Soldier Hollow, the personnel was really nice.

They didn’t have safe for us, the shower curtain was completely destroyed and the doors between the room and the bathroom were not sliding completely to be closed.
