Like many hotels it is nice,clean and fairly centrally situated

I put this hotel on a similar footing to the NH group like Finisterre Hotel. However the leisure facilities is far better and they also offer substantial reductions between 25%-40% depending on the time of the year. We have been to both hotels in La Coruña and was disappointed that when I mentioned this at your reception they told me that they do not offer discounts to regular visitors. I’ve been to Maria Pita last October and again in June this year. I also plan on having a holiday in April / May next year depending on the price/s

Great hotel right on the seafront. As you walk in you are impressed by the marble walls and decor. Friendly staff at booking in with chilled water at reception. Our room was on the top floor via a spiral staircase. Although a little difficult to navigate with cases was well worth the sacrifice for the open balcony and views of the town at night. Rooms were well equipped, comfy bed and free wifi Breakfast was relaxing and food was plentiful, tried something different every day. Underground parking, although chargeable gave peace of mind that car was secure

Was disappointed that they were renovating rooms on the same floor so we were woken to the noise of banging and drilling since the walls are solid the noise resonated through.

The noise level that you can hear from your room. Not sure if it’s the insulation but you can hear a lot of high heeled folks walking in all hours of the night. Also the doors, the first time I closed it, it was loud. So I learned from it and was cautious to close door carefully. But not the case for many guests. So that really kept me awake. And it did bother me especially with jet lag it should have been easy for me to sleep but the noise was startling me. Beautiful view! With sea view selection.

Our stay at Melia María Pita in A Coruña was fantastic! The room was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made it special were the stunning views of the beach and promenade right from my window. Waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the coastline was an absolute treat. The location is ideal, with easy access to both the beach and the city’s main attractions. You can take a relaxing walk along the promenade or explore nearby restaurants and shops—all within minutes of the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was smooth from start to finish. If you’re visiting A Coruña and want a room with breathtaking views and excellent service, Melia María Pita is a great hotel to stay.

On entering the hotel there is a feeling of openness and grandeur due to the huge glass windows and beautiful spacious marble lobby. Our deluxe room had a spectacular panoramic view of the entire bay. The buffet breakfast had a very wide variety of food including healthy items and regional baked goods. The staff constantly made sure that the buffet was replenished and always in order.

The property was immaculately kept, with the room and bathroom feeling clean. Our room was a street view at the rear of the hotel but still felt light and airy with huge floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was great, plenty of options. Car parking was easy to access, and affordable - gave peace of mind knowing the car was safe within the building. I couldn’t fault the staff - incredibly attentive, kind and humorous.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower head in the bathroom, was a little old and didn’t match the rest of the wonderful bathroom.

The Melia Maria Pita is very well located, near to the historical center and restaurants. We had a very nice room with view to the Ria and spacious the bathroom was also very nice, but had no bidet.

The cost of the parking with 30€/day is a joke and an insult to customers, the most expensive parking in a 5 week trip in Portugal and Galicia. The breakfast was average, not according to the standard of the hotel.

room views, just we had a standart room and ı know no view confirmed. Unfortunately booking com cheat us about breakfast. ı misunderstand and choose room without breakfast. so I paid 22 euro per breakfast just 1 and my collegue paid 32 euro for 2 breakfasts. thats not fair. sorry !!

booked hotel for wedding anniversary,for two nights,fool me got my dates wrong.emailed hotel to ask for a change of dates ,only by one day,so I was arriving on the 28 and the 29.asked ,begged for the 27 and 28 instead .i was told outright no.that it was not possible .asked when I arrived at the hotel were they full on the 27 and was told not at all.so paid for two nights and only got to spend one night .at 150 euro a night I thought this was a bit lousy.ruined my anniversary,and my holiday.but my mistake .wont ever return ,which is a shame because it really is a beautiful hotel.

the room was very good and big. the beds were very confortable. expensive parking lot.

No sound insulations. The housekeeping staff starts working at 9am so If your neighbours are not there you will not sleep in past 9am. when we asked for an umbrela at the front desk we were asked to pay 7euros or so. never that happened to me.
