Our stay at Melia María Pita in A Coruña was fantastic! The room was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made it special were the stunning views of the beach and promenade right from my window. Waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the coastline was an absolute treat. The location is ideal, with easy access to both the beach and the city’s main attractions. You can take a relaxing walk along the promenade or explore nearby restaurants and shops—all within minutes of the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was smooth from start to finish. If you’re visiting A Coruña and want a room with breathtaking views and excellent service, Melia María Pita is a great hotel to stay.

The property was immaculately kept, with the room and bathroom feeling clean. Our room was a street view at the rear of the hotel but still felt light and airy with huge floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was great, plenty of options. Car parking was easy to access, and affordable - gave peace of mind knowing the car was safe within the building. I couldn’t fault the staff - incredibly attentive, kind and humorous.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower head in the bathroom, was a little old and didn’t match the rest of the wonderful bathroom.

room views, just we had a standart room and ı know no view confirmed. Unfortunately booking com cheat us about breakfast. ı misunderstand and choose room without breakfast. so I paid 22 euro per breakfast just 1 and my collegue paid 32 euro for 2 breakfasts. thats not fair. sorry !!

booked hotel for wedding anniversary,for two nights,fool me got my dates wrong.emailed hotel to ask for a change of dates ,only by one day,so I was arriving on the 28 and the 29.asked ,begged for the 27 and 28 instead .i was told outright no.that it was not possible .asked when I arrived at the hotel were they full on the 27 and was told not at all.so paid for two nights and only got to spend one night .at 150 euro a night I thought this was a bit lousy.ruined my anniversary,and my holiday.but my mistake .wont ever return ,which is a shame because it really is a beautiful hotel.

Amazing location on beach front so you can go down in swimming costume and towel straight on to the tiny town swimming beach. Actual beach is big and long but the town beach is better for a swim. Flashy lobby and amazing view of sea from the room. Clean, smart bathroom and firm bed.

Slight confusion over parking meant we paid €20 rather than €15 euros in the underground beach car park. You have to take the ticket to the man.

The room and location was great. The breakfast was delicious as well. We had a great view of the ocean and kept the balcony doors open at night to allow the ocean breeze to blow in.

We didn't expect to climb a spiral staircase to reach the bedroom upstairs. Thankfully we didn't have issues going up with our luggage but it's not friendly for those who will not manage to go up. The bathroom was clean but you can tell that some things are a little old and outdated but it didn't ruin our stay.

Lovely view of the beach in A Coruña. Well located between the old city, the Hercules Tower, and the buzzier part of town a couple blocks off the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, and well provided for.

It was a little treacherous going up and down the stairs, and having the fridge and tea and coffee machines separate from the bathroom mildly inconvenient, but not a real problem.

Location was perfect. Easy to get around in the hotel. Lovely sea views. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.

The door to our room was very difficult to lock so didn’t feel very secure. The room was also very warm and the cooler just pumped out warm air.

Excellent selection for breakfast

The garage facilities on site are limited and very expensive at around 30 euros per night. Also the access door when using a wheelchair is very unwieldy. It would benefit from having an automatic opening

The hotel is a classic sort of place, with marble lobbies and high ceiling, spacious guest rooms. We loved the space, the views of the beach and the huge comfy bed. The bathroom and products were very stylish too.

The air con was pretty poor and curtains didn’t shut out all light so we woke early. There’s a busy road between the hotel and the beach so opening windows wasn’t really an alternative to air con.
