The room was spacious and fruits supplied. We and our friends stayed in the club lounge rooms. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Very close to the MRT for going into the MBK area. A plus is the new shopping centre across the road opening later this year.

We've stayed at the hotel twice before 2020 ( covid) and the club lounge had more to offer for the extra price. We chose this again to stay with our friends but was disappointed after checking in we couldn't use the lounge till 2pm. They advertise Cocktails 🍸 in happy hour but forgot to say Mocktails. The wine was ok. If we chose this hotel again we would just stay in Deluxe rooms.

The hotel is excellent value for money. It feels very luxurious and is in a fantastic location for accessing all other parts of the city. They had a fully stocked mini fridge with everything inside being complimentary and towelled robes and slippers! We felt very pampered. We had breakfast at the hotel and there was so many options included in the breakfast. If I ever return to Bangkok I would stay at this hotel again.

I like how huge the room was same as the description when you're booking. The city is too hot and being able to enjoy the Ac in the room it was excellent, i loved it! There's a lot of freebies too, esp the Club lounge we enjoyed it. The location it's not far from the main city, i mean the shopping centre and also it was a quiet and clean sorroundings. Traffic is enevitable but i don't mind. Breakfast is superb! Staffs were really nice esp at the Club lounge ladies. Thanks to them. I'll come back for sure!

I just want to say maybe they could improve a bit the thing when checkin in, coz we waited an hour to get (2pm onwards) in even if we had a complimentary early check in. We were so tired but getting the room ready takes so much time. And also the bed is so tough, it was big but tough. I like everything, there are some issues but i'd still enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much.

Breakfast in this hotel were excellence, lots of varieties and staffs are very friendly. Room is big and location is 3mins walk to MRT station.

The housekeeping standard was not consistence, some the room amenites were not top up need to call to send up. Cleaning staffs not focus on details, result in room not clean properly at some days. This is the little draw back that is lacking, otherwise is a nice place to be for either short or long stay.

We stayed in the Premier Suite with a modern whirlpool bathtub and Club access. The room was beautiful, very clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the new One Bangkok district – we even enjoyed the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our room! One Bangkok is a brand-new, very busy shopping complex. For a quieter atmosphere, the nearby Q House is great – perfect for a relaxed coffee or peaceful dining. Lumphini Park is also just a short walk away, ideal for an afternoon walk or jog. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of both Asian and continental options – something for everyone (vegetarian options included). The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and professional. We felt truly comfortable and will definitely return!

The Club Lounge experience could be improved. Unfortunately, the men’s restroom is located directly next to the lounge area, and the lack of sound insulation made it quite uncomfortable and frankly, embarrassing at times. Labeling the food (e.g. vegetarian options) and offering some à la carte dishes would also be a great upgrade. Additionally, the outdoor terrace could use some love – a few lounge chairs and potted plants would make it much more welcoming, even for non-smokers.

Great: Facilities: Gym, pool, jacuzzi are clean. All common areas are clean and being cleaned all the time. Water pressure: The shower water pressure was amazing, have not come across something with this kind of a punch in a while. Breakfast: Great breakfast with both European and local food. Wide variety of food available. Staff: Friendly and very courteous. Always greeted us with a smile. Location: Great city centre location next to Lumpini underground station and across the street from One Bangkok. This is the best location in the city. Good: Troubleshooting: We had an issue with a water leak in the room and it was fixed immediately. Bathroom: Shower and bath separate with all the toiletries we needed.

Can be better: Room: Quite dated with a lot of noise coming through in the night. First there's road noise and then water flow from the room above can be heard in the night which disturbs sleep. Toilet seat was loose and moving around a lot. Bathroom: The water in the sink sometimes smells bad, not sure if there's a contamination or if this is coming from the waste pump when water goes in.

Breakfast was great ,something for everybody ,huge selection and everything very fresh and delicious. Location just across the street from huge shopping mall with lots of restaurants and great shopping 🛍 .Hotel itself is nice,modern with swimming pool, sauna ,gym and restaurants.Stuff at reception desk very helpful and polite.

Hotel located on very busy street so since cars in Thailand use mostly diesel fuel air quality is bad. Walking somewhere is tough on your lungs . 3 aut of 4 of us developed bad allergy when in Bangkok.Not hotels fault of course, hotel itself smelled nice.

The hotel is very comfortable with high standard furniture. The bathrooms are nice and included a shower and a bath. For those who like shopping it was close to One Bangkok Shopping Centre. We had a Seven Eleven next door to the hotel which was also quite convenient. The hotel was not far from Lumpini Metro Station on the blue line. The breakfast was included and had a variety of food which was tasty. Our room was located in 25th floor and had a nice view.

The swimming pool was not as good as we expected. We had 3 children in our booking and had only one double bed when we arrived in the children's room. We had to pay an extra 1500 Baht per night to add an additional bed. The location was quite far from the Vibrant Centre so would probably choose an hotel in a more vibrant location next time so we can go out at night and don't have to spend 45min on public transport before we reach the hotel.

The food was excellent. The executive lounge was nice, the staff excellent and everyone worked really hard to make the stay (3 nights) enjoyable. Congratulations on brilliant service.

The pool wasn't quite as advertised......"with wonderful views." The layout had a children's pool accessed by walking past the deep end. The pool was enclosed by walls on 3 sides with only a very small glass viewing panel out, not really as advertised. The general access to the pool steps was blocked by sun loungers, presumably with parents who wanted to keep a safe eye on their children using the childrens area. Sauna gets the thumbs down too, very very small (2 people very cosy), male/female segregated and 1 floor below pool. It was ok for a quick splash but nothing more. The area has so much potential to be a well planned, user-friendly area, but sadly not.

- Food was good - Stay was overall okay but less good as before Covid

- The smell of shower gel and shampoo is really bad - We ordered a room service and afterwards at 09.45 pm asked for the dessert and it was not possible to order anymore as the last order is 09.30 pm but they are open until 10 pm. It is hard to understand why is not possible to get 1 scoop of icecream or any other dessert but it shows the lack of fine trained staff with attention on the guest needs. It used to be better and definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore - facilities getting older and it doesn't seem to be done enough to maintain it well.
