The hotel is in the great and safe location. It has huge and nicely decorated rooms with bathrooms and attached restaurant. The owners are very nice and helpful. The hotel also employs one of the staff members named Dren who speaks English. He dealt with my airport transfers. I could count on him and had open minded conversations, that I enjoyed a lot.

If the owners are not around it is difficult to deal with things like payments, transfers, transport, food etc. as most of the staff members don’t speak English. As a person that doesn’t speak Albanian I wasn’t able to arrange anything without the staff’s help.

I liked the breakfast best. It is served at the Restaurant next to the Hotel. Omlette is delicious. We also had dinner there. I recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Room was large.

The heating was not enough. The spa and Turkish bath were closed.

Surprisingly fancy room, with a lot of space and some decorations.

A little hard communicating with the breakfast staff, but it worked out well and the breakfast itself was good.

The staff were extremely friendly, they couldn't help me enough. Aswell as running the hotel, they also run the restaurant. Anything I needed they could help. Rooms were extremely spacious with plenty of facilities. A 10 minute walk to the centre is perfect, although on the way back it is uphill!

Very minor point, but sometimes the reception wasnt attended. This was easily rectified once spoken to the staff. Understanding they also worked in the attached restaurant solved any issues.

Fast response from staff. Easy to access by car.

so was bad wheather condition and there were many works on the road up to hotel, but after they finish probably everything returns okay, a little far from center
