The location is good, the staff is very good (still settling into this new location), and the elevators are efficient. The view was amazing. The smart switches all worked and operated the lights that they said they operate(I've been in hotels where the switch wasn't wired to the item it reflected). Nice medium-sized pool with an amazing view(its and open air pool with top cover, it's on the 3rd floor), very nice gym(Very current equipment, treadmills, free weights, weight machines, and stationary bikes). Breakfast was very nice( it doesn't start until 6:30), seating is very good, there is an amazing view from the dining area. Amenities in the studio were very nice(microwave with roaster, cook top, oven, sink, Smart TV, and fridge w/freezer. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

We only stayed 2 nights, but i had to get my key card reprogrammed 2 times(we stayed on the 19th floor and had to come all the way down 2 separate times for this). The bed only had 2 very soft pillows(they are comfortable but flatten easily, I prefer a firm pillow), and 2 pillows might not be enough. They limit the amount of water stored in the room to 2 bottles(I think there should at least be 4, preferably 6). The shower, while a very nice modern design, is an open design. I don't like water from the shower spilling onto the bathroom floor 😒, there is no exhaust fan for the bathroom. No robes were available in the room, i didn't ask reception if there were any(there were slippers in the wardrobe).

I had a very pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The facilities were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall everything met my expectations. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it a comfortable option for a longer stay. However, I was disappointed to find that upon arrival, the bedsheet in the apartment was not clean—it had black spots and hair on it, which was off-putting. Fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly after I reported it, but I believe more attention should be given to cleanliness before guests check in. Aside from that initial hiccup, everything else was excellent, and I would consider staying here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The sea view was amazing. Nearby, were many different restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful and accomodative. Request for late checkout was accomodated despite fully booked status of the hotel.

The noise from the adjacent rooms was quite loud and could be heard easily which can be annoying sometimes. One of the bathroom amenities was used and kept back in the pack (shaving kit). The reception staff didn't ensure we get back our ID documents at check-out because of the chaos and full occupancy status. Simply they forgot about it and the new shift didn't check the note left by the previous staff member. I had to drive all the way back to collect my IDs.

I liked the furniture, cleanliness and good room service as well as facilities. The location was great , everything was handy for us.

There was no sign for the direction of Qibla of Makkah . Also there was no prayer mat . We struggled to pray on plastic bags. The pillows were too soft and not comfortable for me

Everything was perfect .

Some things are missing in the room, like carpet for praying, and Arrow shows the location of kaaba . There's only 1 pillow for each person not 2, and there was no tissue inside the room. Had to ask the reception several time to bring these things. Hope they will provide these things for all rooms in the future

I really like everything about park inn Radisson Kuwait by all it means, location, furniture, room variety, cleanliness, hospitality,restaurant,parking valet, sea view,quality of materials and the very helpful stuff directed by unlimited cooperative management.

A new brand hotel with a fabulous location and facilities, we had a pleasant experience in this trip. On the opposite side of the street is The Sea View, which has several distinctive restaurants.

We asked them to bring an extra blanket, the first one was dirty and they had to bring another one. I asked for a twin bed room and found out I was given a king bed room when I entered it.
