the apartment is spacious especially the bathroom really huge. I also liked the kitchen and furniture was new.

The staff charged me 100 KWD for early check in even though I arrived almost two hours before the check in time. Our flight departed early morning & the kids were extremely tired. The staff could have been more friendly. I stayed in other hotels in Kuwait in my previous visits and they allowed us to check in early and check out late for free. I requested for baby crib when I made the booking however it was not in my room when I arrived. I had to call and ask for it and when they brought it to the room it was without any pillow nor blanket. I had to cover my daughter with my jacket.

Location.

Tv was issue - hot water was issue - but the staff dis accommodate us and changed the room. A little inconvenient but they did at least address the issues.

i’d like the fact that it was close to the airport to malls and other attractions and the Wi-Fi was really strong and they provided TV applications, which was really nice

The only downside to it is the location there’s no convenience store near or any pharmacies so anytime I forgot to bring something with me. I had to run to the mall which was like 20 minutes away. I would recommend opening a convenience store inside the hotel just for small appliances.

the apartment is big enough and nice and comfy in colors and design, the bathrooms are great, the living room is great, price is great too

they're very small issues but bothered me a bit, the light switches only near the door, there are no switches beisde the bed, the ac in the room is automatic cant change it except from the living room, I felt like the bed is a bit hard

Everything was nice and comfy. I stayed at the accommodation six years ago and it looks that it is well maintained and The furniture looks new and the facilities were amazing. They offered coffee in the lobby which was an extra. As a frequent traveller to Kuwait I well definitely be back to the hotel.

The daily cleaning service was a bit sloppy, they did not vacuum every day.

Apartment was safe, very nice, peaceful and clean.. Internet was fast. I used the pool and gym everyday. Laundrry maschine and microwave oven were easy to use.

There were no dish washing liquid and sponge to wash the dishes . Maybe the idea was that the everyday house keeping would have done it behalf of me,. but it wasn't meantioned anywhere. The area where the apartment is peaceful and there are some small supermarkets and restaurants, but nothing to see. It's also a little bit too far ro visit thd Kuwait City centre everyday by bus. But if you like just to rest, sunbath, use the pool and the gym it's a super nice place to stay

The place was great, and the space of the apartment was excellent, most of the time there were no noisy which was great. the gym and swimming pool clean and good .

The staff were not helpful and supported with me as I've asked to extend but they were not assisting me. As I'm travelling for business and needed a place which is near my work. Also they didn't change the bedsheet most of the time I had to ask the housekeeping to do so. The hotel needs to add shades for the cars. As Kuwit is very hot in the summer time.

What a dreamy stay , The hotel is very clean and tidy and quiet, bathroom was excellent with all facilities Very friendly staff My wife was cold they provided extra 2 blanket even tho its against hotel policy i really thank you for your support

Its been so long since they have opened but there is no breakfast options available. Also the bathroom doors of most of the rooms are jammed as always which they still did not fix it. Also secondly if we want to apply for tourist visas, the service is not available. They should start this service to attract more people

Location / service

I did not have any issues however there is one role I disagree with which is Not allowing guests to come up to the room, sometimes for praying or an hour rest , I think for regular customer like me who always book at the same hotel should get this privilege. Thank you for understanding
