The hotel was absolutely excellent! Despite arriving during a major event (the Arabian Gulf Cup), the staff managed to check us in early and efficiently, which was impressive considering how busy it was. The team was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, providing plenty of room to relax, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. There’s ample parking available for guests, which is a big plus if you’re traveling with your car. The restaurants on-site were convenient, offering good options for meals. The location is another highlight—it’s not too far from downtown, making it easy to access with a car or a quick taxi ride. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great facilities, and convenient location. It’s definitely worth a visit!

Over all the hotel was clean comfortable but the rooftop was not prepared very well for the guests and even the beach no any activity or and cafes or any attractive things to do their and even the noisy sounds from another buildings next to the hotel and even contraction around the hotel I hope you put that notice on priority of the hotel but the staff were so kind with us specially the man called kamal who was so helpful and nice

Everyone was nice and respectful. Everything was done well and in a timely fashion. The kids play area was lovely as well as the workers there. The beach was clean and had plenty seating. The only thing I did not like was the noises coming from the hotels construction site. Which I complained about many times but it was not resolved right away.

the front desk staff and specially the Manager Mr. Mohamad Talaat were very welcoming and professional. the rooms were spotless clean which made the stay very comfortable. The kids club is very convenient and my daughter had a good time there.

the pool area needs some maintainance, I was informed that it is going through some renovation and should be ready in November. Also, the hotel should have dedicated breakfast area instead of the zo eatary resturants across from the hotel.

The overall atmosphere the staff the spacious rooms and lobby. It was the best experience I had in Kuwait 5 star hotels really recommended.

There was one little detail that I didn't liked. The doors wasn't isolated so anything was happening outside we could hear it even the foot steps. So I hope they fix it. Because other than that it was perfect.

There is only one set of lift at the beginning of the hall, and my room was further beyond the middle of the building, so it was a bit of a walk. The rooftop was always busy in the evening. I didn't get the chance to see the view from the roof.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and the rooms was spacious and modern.

The beach are was quite unfinished and not set up for guests, similarly the pool area seemed unfinished with no speakers playing. The buffet breakfast only offered black coffee and there was a charge for other coffees.

Too many things I realy liked at this spectacular hotel. Botom line is this hotel made me and my family feel that we are at home. Plus, hotel is surrounded by cafes, resstaurents other that hotel restaurents.

The place is wonderful and peaceful, and the scent of the hotel is very distinctive and pleasant. All areas of the hotel are clean, and the staff is very friendly and kind.

The facilities are scattered, you have to go out to reach some Areas Plus since I wasn’t able to check it until 4 pm, finding a pray room was hard because I didn’t get the room key therefor now access
