Nice location with the pool and beach area. The breakfast buffet gave a lot if options to eat as well as the dinner buffet (international and seafood).

The noise at the pool area due to loudspeaker music from different guests at the same time and also the hotel loudspeaker system with very loud music gave no room to relax a bit. Additionally on this was the extremely loud Sea-Doos that were driving always directly along the hotel beach. Awful.

I loved the clean and comfortable room. I loved my view and the silence. I loved to listen to the sea waves’ sounds while sleeping. Comfy bed and pillows. Helpful and very friendly staff.

The sunbeds at the beach is dirty! The entrance to the beach is a wreck. @ the pool area three or four different music is playing at the same time sometimes?!? Kids are in the big pool very noisy. The pool water is too warm and not sure if the filters are working properly. Can’t have a quiet relaxed time by the pool. Better to go to the sea. Breakfast was very good. The only problem is the food is all arranged for the people who can eat everything. It would be nice to have options for Lactose and gluten problems. Still the staff tried to arrange gluten free bread and even little cakes special for me. Thanks.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of options that cater to all tastes. It was the perfect start to my day! the reception staff was not particularly welcoming—there was no smile or friendly greeting, which made the check-in process feel less pleasant. Unfortunately, the room also left much to be desired. It had an unpleasant smell, and I found it uncomfortable,

Clean well maintained hotel. Big rooms. Bathrooms in the rooms are beautiful. Nice room facilities. Beautiful main swimming pool with nice design. Very helpful staff. Mr. Arafat in the reception made the check-in and out exceptionally easy. The breakfast is great and the restaurant staff are vey helpful and extremely friendly. They were literally reading our minds and helping and offering without asking. Wonderful vibes at the restaurant open-air area in the evening with live music and light decorations.

The complementary free drinking water in the rooms should be more. The pillows are so soft and not comfortable. The lobby is so boring and poor. The hotel staff should put more control at the pool to prevent dangerous accidents related to jumping and diving in the pool and to prevent women harassment by some impolite guests.

The receptionist was very rude, she had a fight with every customer talking with her and her way of speech was very tuff, it is very strange how a prestigious and international brand like Movenpick agrees to have such person with such tuff behavior workin in the front office , which is the first and most important impression of the Hotel. Other staff were more than friendly , the hotel was very clean (the bathrooms in the reception requires more attention in terms of house keeping) , food was good , the TVs in the Room always break down.

The location is perfect, on the beach with clear blue water, nice swimming pools, palm trees. Many restaurants and cafes next door to the hotel. Breakfast buffet style was excellent.

Ridiculously overpriced drinks at the swimming pool. A tiny can (0,25L) of cola costs 5,5 USD. Only luxury norwegian bottled water - I have no clue why, the staff drinks ordinary bottled water and guests may buy only expensive Voss. The pools are frequented by local strong men, who smoke a lot - even at the pools with kids. They left the cigarettes ends everywhere. The garbage is not cleaned bellow the pool bridges - the staff did not clean it despite several reuqests (maybe they cant swim).

(This was my first visit to this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience in every detail, from the reception by the hotel staff, especially Mr. Arafat, who was professional and courteous. His excellent service made me fall in love with the hotel. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the place, the beautiful view, and the delicious and varied breakfast buffet. This will certainly not be my last visit.

Location is excellent. very clean tidy rooms, clean bathrooms. Good facilities. Many restaurants outside the hotel so loads of options. Easy checkin and checkout.

Three things i didnt like a) Hotel has three pools (one big and two mid sized). I accessed the mid sized pools. They were nice and clean but you cannot order any food or even a juice from there. You have to go to your room and then order, take the juice from your room to the pool. Request management to please work on this as they are losing revenue. b) Very few staff would wish and say hi / hello/ good morning / good evening . Actually hardly any staff. Basic hospitality training. c) Considering Movenpick and their room charges I still feel the breakfast should be much better. I mean more choices. Even room dining prices are exorbitantly high (but the food was good)

The comfort of the Family room was incredible! Roomy, with a kitchenette and a huge fridge that we stacked our drinks and snacks in! The location is amazing surrounded by many choices of food… the view… lovely… our go to in Kuwait vacation weekend getaway 💖 we’ll be returning soon 💖

I didn’t like the prices, 2.5 per one shawarma is too much, also the burger 5+ KD… it’s too much… another thing is the sound proofing is not that much… could hear people talking behind the door in the middle of the night where my kids were sleeping… lastly ordering food from talabat is prohibited 🚫 why? Not all the clients are rich and can afford eating at hotel prices. So please reconsider that in the agreement paper I signed. May I add the choice of music and songs played by the pool should be clean and free of explicit lyrics please 🙏🏻

The staff were excellent, everything was available and near, the food was perfect especially the beverages (hot chocolate and the breakfast coffee) perfect stay for a family of 4-6 members my kid loved it their and can't wait to visit with my family next time

Can't find a parking stop from time to time everything was a bit over priced most devices in my room didn't properly manly the phones microphone and the TV was glichy
