Excellent location, near to restaurants road, and there is a small grocery shop in front of the building which is open 24 hours and accept card payment. Check-in was very quick and smooth, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. We asked for extra blankets and a pillow, and it was provided free of charge. The apartment is very big and well furnished, it has all the equipment needed to make our stay comfortable. Shaded car parking is available in front of the building.

After the booking, they were asking a few nonsense questions such as if I am on my own ( I booked for one person) or are you coming with someone else etc.... The receptionists were not very friendly and welcoming. They even didn't say there is a swimming pool and not knowledgeable about the touristy places. The WiFi was not that reliable and cooker was not working.

During the off-season discounts, it's real value for money compared to other hotel apartments in Salmiya. It was clean and spacious. Mr. Mark helped us with the early check-in but it's advised to coordinate with the hotel before it to ensure availability.

Comfortable and clean. The apartment was very spacious, with a kitchen, bedroom and a few bathrooms with a washing machine + clothing rail. Very close to the beach, excellent location. Nice pool in the basement . helpful staff .

The location is excellent near to the sea and near to many restaurants and all needs . The staff were welcoming and helpful all the time . A spacious parking is available . The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The rate is good .

The furniture needs renewal and there was a sound from the AC

What I appreciated the most were the hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort. The team is excellent, and the facility is well-located, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and mini markets.

There was no towels in the room when we (4 persons) arrived. I clearly told we are missing all the towels when left tonthe city. When we came back - still no towels. After complaining - got one. Went to the receptionist, told still 3 missing - got one. Agsin to the receptionst, told 2 missing - got one. Aaaarggghhh!!

Location is minutes walking from the Beach which was recently upgraded with sun chairs & vendors rooms are well equipped & are very nice for this price range in Kuwait Reception was so Helpful with an early check-in as we were traveling with elders
