Great hotel experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants and malls. While I didn't try the breakfast (preferred to eat out), the convenient airport shuttle was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

A couple of minor things could be improved: the bathroom drain needed some attention, the cleaning service could be a bit more responsive (perhaps more staff are needed), and the room could benefit from more lighting. I hope the hotel will address these small maintenance issues promptly to keep everything in top condition, as some of the furniture and other items are starting to show a little wear. Also, the breakfast price seemed a bit high compared to the choices and quality offered. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it.

The hotel is located in the Salmiyah region, which is quite a calm and appropriate location. The seaside, some beaches, and the science center are easily accessible. It takes 15 minutes to reach the Kuwait towers, and a little bit more to the city center where most of the attractions are located. There is a very big free parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is not a problem. I like the price-value balance, but most people say that continental hotels should be the first choice when looking for this balance.

It is quite a different hotel experience. You need to ask for cleaning, but you cannot find a cleaning tag in the room. We rented two rooms and they only gave us a pair of room cards (one card for each room) and when we asked for extra cards they told us that they could not because each room had only one card. I told them that the soap dispenser in the bath was not working, they said they'd take care but they didn't. And sometimes you ask for some coffee, or food during breakfast and they simply miss it, or they bring you some other table's food :) It made me feel that they have a staff shortage and running the hotel with limited staff. But all these are quite little glitches and won't make me not to stay in the same hotel if I go there again.

On the positive side, the hotel staff was very responsive and helpful, always replying to my messages promptly. They were very supportive when arranging the airport shuttle. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, they immediately accommodated us in a vacant room. Additionally, even though we didn’t realize the Kuwaiti power outlet was three-phase, the hotel kindly provided an adapter for our European-type devices. The breakfast was excellent, with hot items like gözleme and waffles made fresh and served right away. There was a great variety, catering to all tastes.

On the negative side, the bathroom door in our room was broken and didn't close properly. There were also some minor cleaning issues, but these were very small and didn’t significantly impact our stay.

The breakfast was good, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was also a free airport transfer, which was good. The rooms were spacious.

The indoor common areas are kept very cold with air conditioning at 23 degrees while outside is also 23-24 degrees. It was freezing, and energy was consumed unnecessarily. Also, the room was cold but they gave us a heater which helped a lot. In our room the bathroom was not clean when we arrived there was leftover soap stuck around and shampoos. The Pool area was closed so we couldn't use it. In the small cafe in the lobby the owner I guess (male) was rude as he said we could not sit there very aggressively which we did not know we could not sit since it is a reception area.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfast was a really luxurious buffet with lovely staff attending and in a lovely environment that offers both views of the city and the sea. The room was big, spotless clean, well lit and I got a nice view of both the city and the gulf. I was allowed to check in early and they organized a FREE drop off to the airport. Oh, the location is splendid, next to the sea, shopping opportunities and restaurants, in the heart of trendy Salmiya. Lovely pick!

The Front desk staff were really excellent Marwane, was really professional and very kind. The other front desk staff were also all very nice. The room and view, bathroom was really good and nice. Very clean. Really appreciate the shuttle pick up and drop off to the airport. And very good communication from the hotel and manager during booking.

Breakfast was not good, compared to other hotels with the same level, unfortunately this was not up to standard. Food was unappealing and needed more western options. My room had an ashtray and unfortunately, assume it was a smoking floor the smell of cigarettes did come into my aircon during the time I was there and this was not good. I think they should ask at check in, if you want a smoking or non-smoking floor / room.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, true hospitality. They offered free pick up and drop off from the airport. The room looked exactly the same as photo. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and during my stay it was delivered to the room due to Ramadan. Considered the quality offered the hotel is great value. The location in Salmiya is a little bit far from the city, but I think this area itself is interesting to explore and there are a lot of restaurant and shopping options. It’s also easy to go to the center with very frequent bus connections.

I really enjoyed my stay at dolphin international hotel. The staff was very welcoming. They organised for me airport shuttle which made me feel safe and comfortable. There’s a big variety of dishes at breakfast: fresh omelettes, waffles as well as typical Middle Eastern options. The only thing I was missing was a good coffee, as it’s only Nescafé. Room was spacious and I had a beautiful view on Kuwait from 11th floor. The location is very good, close to many shops, restaurants as well as walking area - promenade by the sea.

Spacious room and toilet. Amazing views from my room. Hearty breakfast served in the room because it was Ramadan. Wifi worked well. Quiet room. There is a shuttle to the airport included in the price of your room. Located in a nice area, close to the Scientific Center and about 2 km from Marina Beach.

There was a misunderstanding with my pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the airport and I didn't see anyone so I had to take a taxi, The hotel driver called me on Whatsapp but I didn't have Internet and I didn't see his call. Perhaps they should consider that some travelers don't have Internet connection and resort to the old-fashioned but effective sign with the hotel name written. Although the room looks fantastic, the finishings of construction around the shower faucet and toilet were bad, like there was a hole in the wall. The mattress has an inclination. Perhaps an additional seat would be useful so that people don't sit on the edge of the mattress and modify its shape with time.
