I am Kuwaiti and stayed at Marina Hotel with my son so he could enjoy the hospitality services. The hotel is 5 stars and the place is very enjoyable. We used the Fitness Center and the swimming pools (there are three pools: a family pool with a maximum depth of 1.5 m, a children’s pool, and an adults’ pool with a depth of 2 m), all of which have lifeguards on duty. I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Among the sea activities are jet skis (which I didn’t try) and boats at reasonable tourist prices (half an hour for 15 KD, I used it twice). The beach is beautiful, and the place is very safe and family-friendly, with security guards everywhere. No outsider can enter without the management’s knowledge. Breakfast was varied and nice, and I also tried the Atlantic Restaurant. The prices there are a bit high, but we had a 20% discount for hotel guests. It was a wonderful experience, and I would love to repeat it.

The service was exceptional amd the staff are super friendly the cleaning staff, the pool staff, the people at the door they were all welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoyed it and I came back because of the excellent service. The Breakfast was amazing plenty of choices , especially with picky kids. Everyone found something to eat. I like that they now have a golf car to take you from the hotel to Marina Crescent. It saves time, especially with the heat.

they switch between the Breakfast area lower ground to the upper ground without informing us so we have to locate where is the breakfast! The prices especially for the ice cream at the pool is way exaggerated for example the soft-serve ice cream is for 1.250! And for an ice cream in a cup 2 KD !

One of the most friendliest hotels I’ve been too, well located for the perfect relaxing stay, so many amenities to choose from including steam and sauna. The private beach was a big plus for us. The staff are super accommodating and go the extra mile. They help with anything you ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you marina hotel.

Location is excellent - close to Marina Crescent for restaurants, with a footbridge across to the Marina Mall. The hotel staff ran us down to Marina Crescent in a golf buggy. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance, including Maki (which was a nice walk around the beach/through the park in the evening). Three pools - kids' pool, family pool, and a pool for swimming lengths. Good selection of food at breakfast. Great view of Kuwait City across the water - especially nice at night with all the lights on. The staff were generally lovely and very friendly. The reception staff. porters, and security were extremely helpful.

Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette/cigar smoke. Probably from a while ago, but not pleasant when you first step into the room. We had a room looking out over the pool - the piped music was incessant and slightly ruined the quiet ambience of the stay. The kids shouting and screaming at the pool at 7:30am wasn't nice either! Foam party in the kids pool on Saturday afternoon was also very noisy. Staff in the Atlantis restaurant when we arrived late on Thursday evening weren't very attentive - some were busy on their phones watching videos! We had to ask whether the restaurant was actually open, as the place was almost deserted.

My favorite hotel in Kuwait, the best adult pool here and the biggest, shoutout to the pool guy “lemar” I think his name, always helpful always smiling.. The AC was excellent this time, not like the last time. The food and pool drinks are very affordable

Room rate for the weekend was high, specially it wasnt full. This is my 7th time here, but I never benifited from any rewards

This hotel is absolutely lovely - the level of service is unmatched. All of the staff are incredible attentive and will do their absolute best to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are sparkling clean and tended to thoroughly every day. The breakfast is at convenient hours and with great quality fresh food, anyone would find something for their taste. The reception also organized a transfer from and to the airport which was very convenient.

It was a lovely hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. It was in a perfect location. The pool and beach were private and very clean. The food was very good. I think what made our experience so outstanding were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly without being intrusive

There was nothing I didn't like

I loved the room it was clean, spacious, and beautiful super comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony. Everything about the room is perfect. I loved the room service and the food is great. I enjoyed the beach area and the scenery.

The music at the beach was annoying specially in the morning, I wanted to relax and sunbathe and listen to the waves of the sea and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the birds, but the music was too loud and annoying I couldn’t enjoy the beach in the morning.
