Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and nice spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Imran on reception. Complimentary shuttle back to the airport was a great service. Close to the beach and easy for getting around city. Would recommend

Pool was a bit busy with kids swimming lessons but there was still plenty of beds to relax around the pool and they had it sectioned so there was still a smaller area to use of pool

I had an incredible experience staying at the hotel. I booked my room just 10 minutes before arriving, well after midnight, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. When I arrived, Mr. Abdulkader at the reception immediately took charge and ensured everything was in order, despite the late hour. He quickly managed to get my room ready, and as a nice surprise, he offered me a complimentary upgrade. I really appreciated the thoughtful and efficient service, especially since it was such a last-minute booking. The room itself was comfortable and well-prepared, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff, particularly Mr. Abdulkader, made a significant positive impression on me, showing excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kwait. The service alone makes it stand out, and it made my late-night check-in stress-free. Thank you for the great experience!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service provided by the staff. A special shout-out to Abdelkadir at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make my stay more enjoyable. He gave great recommendations for local restaurants and was always ready to assist with any questions I had. I'll definitely be back!

We were always greeted by very friendly staff! The hotel is clean. Food is excellent from breakfast to restaurants on site. We had dinner twice at the Chinese restaurant and once at the Lebanese restaurant! Noise in our bathroom was dealt with immediately after we complained about it.

Bathroom is a bit small. Nothing else to mention.

Pleasant hotel, attentive staff. Very useful airport transfer service. Ayam Zaman Lebanese Restaurant is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

A bit complicated communication to get an invoice. If you are travelling for work you have to make sure you let them know beforehand at the customer service email and insist after your stay for them to send it to you.

Kids event

I have a delivery from talabat and it supposed to be received it in my room since we want to rest and relax but the staff called us that we need to comedown to take the delivery because they are short of staff but when i comedown at the lobby there's too much staff and not doing anything, they're just lazy to deliver the order.

Just a medium hotel according to European standards.

Just be careful when ordering steaks or grilled meats from lebanese or from their steakhouse restaurant. It is boiled beforehand and grilled in an electric oven lightly, absolutely tasteless and spoiled meats.

I always prefer to stay at holiday inn hotels during all my travels including holiday inn salmiya. It was a busy time when we came but the staff did their best to assist us and provide us with our needs especially Abdul Qader who fullfilled our requests with dedication and professionalism. everything was good

Excellent centralised location with easy access to anywhere across Kuwait. Located in quiet neighborhood with sea facing corniche in walkable distance. Grocery and all convenience stores close by. Hotel has many restaurants and Starbucks is also served. Great buffet breakfast and amazing people all across!! Quiet rooms. Sleep quality of beds is great. Air conditioning is extremely quiet. Decent amenities in the room. What makes it special is the blend of all the right things with people at the top of the list. Will definitely return again!

The hotel and the furniture in the rooms are a bit dated. However, it's very well maintained and doesn't exactly come under the purview of 'didn't like'.

My stay at was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and attentive, Shout-out to Abdelkadir who did his best to make our stay memorable during the busy times, the room was comfortable, and the location perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
