The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping,restaurants etc.The breakfast was amazing and all products were fresh.The room was very clean and kept clean daily .Thank you to the cleaning staff. A very special Thank You to Laxmi at reception who was very professional,very friendly and very efficient at her job. Laxmi always had a smile on her face even though she was busy. This is our second stay and we will be back.Thank you to the other staff for a wonderful stay at the Ibis Salmiya. Highly recommended.

Seating in dining area near windows need replacing.

The location is the best in Kuwait. Walking distance to restaurants (all fast food you like and traditional food), shops (H&M, Centrepoint, Sultan 24/7 supermarket and many small shopping centers), and Malls (Al Fanar, Al Bustan, and Marina Mall). The staff is great, and the rooms are clean. Plus, as a family, I got connected rooms: two single beds with one queen bed. Major malls such as Avenues, 360, and the Gate are within a 15-minute drive.

1. Rooms and toilets are small comparing to other but its comfortable. 2. The hotel does not have dedicated or private parking facilities for its residents. However, parking is manageable as there is a 24/7 Sultan supermarket nearby where guests can park their vehicles. It may occasionally require multiple rounds to find an available parking space.

The hotel is wonderful in terms of cleanliness, room size, and the behavior of the staff. The breakfast is varied, and there is ample space to accommodate a large number of guests. Near the hotel, there are several malls, commercial complexes, and a supermarket, all within walking distance. The staff responded quickly and kindly, especially Mr. Louis, who contacted me beforehand to confirm my booking and offer assistance, as well as Miss Laxemi. I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again in Salmiya. It deserves to be classified as at least a four-star hotel.”

Nothing worth mentioning

Everything about my stay at Ibis Salmiya in Kuwait was perfect from the moment I arrived to my late check out two weeks later. They made me feel comfortable and right at home! The location was also perfect, being central and close enough to the city center (only a taxi ride away), with plenty of restaurants, masjids, and shopping in the area. I had a wonderful experience and the hotel staff helped with every need. I will definitely stay again should I return to the area! Thank you for everything!

I found the hotel more than expected. We stayed on the first floor, which felt much like an apartment. The breakfast buffet had various tasty and healthy options including gluten free. The staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was also great. It os next to a major grocery, also it's 1 to 2 min to the beach. The cornish has an several km for walking as well as a public swimming beach. We used the swimming beach both mornings. A 10 minute walk in the other directión was a science world a aquarium and small cinema. I would love to saty longer.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, offering an extensive and exceptionally delicious breakfast. Its proximity to various amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and even the Sea Cornish makes it an ideal choice. What I particularly want to highlight is the staff, especially Mohammed at the reception. Since our flight was at night, we were graciously allowed to check out until five o'clock, which was truly fantastic. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We took advantage of the location to walk to nearby seaside area, to eat dinner to nearby restaurants, and to buy some stuffs from the mall. I had a wonderful experience at the Ibis Kuwait Salmiya. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. All staffs were incredibly helpful. Miss Joy allowed us to do late check out.. The room was clean as well.. And the breakfast buffet was delicious thanks to the Souz chef Mr. Ahmed and to the entire team for giving me a birthday surprise. It was perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend❤️. I would definitely recommend Ibis Kuwait Salmiya to my friends.

In general, it is a good hotel, located at the heart of Salmiya and a walking distance to the main Arabian Gulf Street (which is the center of everything). There is also a nearby cafes, (including shisha places) and number of shopping malls.

Well, the gym made a big disappointment. The gym equipment were the following: - 4 treadmills - 10 dumbbells (from 2.5kg to 9kg ONLY) no machines, no cables. The size of the room is very very small.

Hotel are very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful specially I would to thank Mr Louis. Many many thanks Mr Louis really I didn’t find in my life a service like his service. Course we lost an item in the hotel when we left and he do the needful and send it to me by courier to my country I appreciate you quick and quality of your service mr louis

Great location, value for money and good places to chill around. Breakfast is good too, just that service can be improved a bit. They say it's from 4am, but when I was in the restaurant at 6.30, the juices, milk, etc were missing.

Shower drain stuck, despite me telling them, they couldn't clean it. Rooms are a bit too compact, there was a door in my room to the next room wierdly and some guy was fighting with his colleagues n family and I could hear every bit of it loud n clear.
