I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. They welcomed us warmly, offered helpful suggestions, and responded to every request with genuine care and attention. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a true escape after a long day. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The reception team did everything they could to accommodate our needs—nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable, they were always available and eager to help. This level of service made us feel truly valued and taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

The location , the cleanliness and the apartment decoration. This was my second stay at the hotel .

No safe box was available inspite of me requesting it in person before my booking and their confirmation they would provide . It was provided only after an extended discussion and my insistence. The TV was not working and it took them 2 days trial to repair but they couldn’t then they only transferred me to another apartment after my own request and with the help of the very kind Ms Dyna at the reception . Special thanks to Dyna and another lady at the reception.

I liked the location , cleanliness, some of the staff members and the kitchen is very well equipped with all what is needed .

The room does not contain a safe box , sometimes the house keeping forget to put soap and other needs. The gym is not as expected . The worst was a manager called Mohamed who was unfriendly and instead of trying to solve problems he was aggressive and unreasonable .

Spacious apartment, very clean, beds very comfortable, room service filled us with tea, coffee and water. It was a super quiet stay in a very busy place where it has lots of facilities, restaurants and juice shops around. Not to forget the welcoming staff 🤩

I had a comfortable stay as this was my second visit to this hotel ! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach & restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! :)

The room was new, and a few things were missing from the room, maybe because I was the first customer in the room. However, the staff was great and did whatever was necessary to help.

It was during Ramadan and could not do much until after 6pm.

The single bed doesn’t have control over the AC therefore you may one night have no AC in the room while the temperature reaches 50 degrees. I raised the issue to the hotel management and the say it is a construction problem 👎🏻 Imagine the gust next door have the control of your convert 😼

Recently had my booking done from code residence, Outstanding stay, Impeccable service, great amenities, high standard of cleanliness with daily housekeeping and perfect location. The reception staff were very hospitable and professional. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience.

I like the location. It was really nice, but everything is around you. Anything you need is available around you. I liked my stay because the place was very neat and tidy. The stuff were really nice and helpful.
