I booked the hotel for my friend and his family's stay. His feedback is : The hotel is in a perfect location and is within walking distance of several amenities, such as restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals, and the seashore. The staff at the reception desk were kind, polite and responsive. Taxi service is available in front of the hotel, and there is no need to wait. The passage to the entry of the rooms has limited space. The room is spacious. Complimentary breakfast was an acceptable standard.

I noticed certain inconveniencies, such as the non-availability of electrical power points to charge the phone and connect the laptop to the working table. The Wi-Fi connection is feeble, and there are frequent disconnections inside the room. The hotel also needs to place greater emphasis on cleanliness.

Maintain the toilet better

The staff were amazing. A special thanks to Mr Jaber and Mrs Aziza – they truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a big difference and added a personal touch that I really appreciated. The building needs a renovation

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to access local attractions and transportation, special thanks to the staff and Mr Mohammad.

Staff is very helpful and amazing. What ever you ask for they serve it quickly. Location is great. Check in and out was quick and very professional. Friendly staff. Very comfy bed.

Rooms are nicely designed and with nice energy but cleaning needs more attention.

Check-In process was quick and easy. Staff at reception was courteous and friendly. Great location amidst the family friendly apartments around with good options for dining.

Nothing as such major. Parking could be a bit challenge at night times, as there are limited parking lots around.

The Location was so good as it’s close to lots of restaurants , Gas Station and in the Middle of Kuwait. Staff was so welcoming and cooperative. The Lady in the front Desk was so polite and humble and the other staff was so welcoming.

The Parking was always full specially night times.

Very comfortable hotel to stay with your family. Staff with smiling face and helps you anytime when you need something. If we will visit Kuwait again in the future, this is the place we will choose for sure. Prices are good, comfortable, clean.
