I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm and welcoming staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The service was top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The ambiance, amenities, and overall atmosphere made it a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. It’s rare to find a place where everything just feels right, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Huge room, clean and all the luxury was there. The bathroom was also large and clean. The bathtub was good enough for one person, but with jakuzi. Shower was also this "raining" type and the cold water part was refrigerated (those who live in GCC countries know what I mean!). Breakfast area was a bit tight but the food was nice (only, I couldn't find plain oats, but who cares :) ). The receptionist were all kind and helpful.

The valet staff's attitude was the only glitch in this nice place. I rented a cheap car and came with it to the main entrance. Upon my entrance, some of the security allowing the vehicles in and the valet parking persons obviously frowned when they saw the cheap car. One of them even tried to lead me to self parking, making me have to remind him that I wanted the valet service. I did not have to tell them twice though, they did their jobs and parked/ brought back my car during my stay of 2 days. Apart from that mild attitude, I didn't see any problems.

We have always enjoyed coming to the Jumeirah for years since it has one of the nicest locations - lovely beach front and the premises itself is such a great escape. It was my husband’s birthday and we had a reservation at Olio, which didn’t disappoint. The food and staff were amazing as always. Our room was a little compact yet very clean and definitely comfy. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a wide selection of hot and cold intercontinental dishes; plenty of healthy choices.

We didn’t really have any major issues. The room provided was minimally stocked with amenities. Everything was catered for a single person’s use despite us booking as a couple. The staff had set up some flowers and a cake for an additional charge, however the actual decorations were not really value for the price charged. I would personally skip this next time.

Great villa , with private swimming pool little bit small but enough for kids, There is something about the living place. It’s a little bit small with not enough sofas. The villa was very clean except for a bed but we requested to change the beddings and they came and change it. Price is a little bit high, but the place is very nice . Receptionist Mervin I guess her name I’m not sure was very good and welcoming. Also at the checkout also at the checkout, the receptionist Catherine Catherine was good.

Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Room is very large and clean. Bathroom is alone an experience. It is generally a very well established resort with very good facilities. Having seperate pools for adults and families are also good. We went there on July and pool was cooled, it was little bit too cold for me but still good to have it when you are under 50oC. Sea water is clean but I have seen better beaches on Gulf region but still a good experience.

There was really nothing wrong. I can only mention that there was no breakfast included option and it was either half-board or you pay breakfast seperately.

Actually, it was amazing. The beach ⛱️ is exceptional, calm, peaceful, and luxurious. It is very soft, clean sand, and the private beach has a perfect safe swimming area. It's very suitable for families. The staff are very friendly, always smiling, calm and polite. Rooms are very clean and have all facilities you need, smart lighting ✨️, TV, sitting area, very comfortable beds, electric curtains and wooden windows, and very beautiful view. Drinks and foods available on the beach. Breakfast in the room was wonderful. Whenever I need to spend a relaxing time in Kuwait. I will choose Jumirah Hotel for sure.

Restaurants inside the Hotel are very expensive like Pepper Steak house, and Olio. So we have to go outside the hot to have lunch or dinner.

I had my reservations of staying in a hotel by myself as a solo female traveller In Kuwait, I carefully selected my hotel based on brand, location and security protocol. I saw this hotel being built many years ago in 2013. It’s a beautiful hotel and location. My arrival and entry with my rental car was super easy (valet) and I was greeted by wonderful hotel staff, check in procedure was very easy, also my early check in was available and my room was ready upon arrival at 11am. Grand Delux Room (5109), so beautiful, spacious and very clean, comfort level 10/10. Some of the biggest hotel pillows I’ve ever seen! I really enjoyed the space of the room, it was an east facing room, I was able to see the Sun rise each morning over the Gulf. My housekeeper Ranul was wonderful, all my needs were met, there was no kettle in my room yet a state of the art nespresso machine, I requested a kettle, I received. There was always plenty of water and complimentary tea and coffee available. Upon arrival there was also a lovely fruit basket and platter of Arabic sweets. All the sheets and towels all spelt amazing too, not the typically “hotel smell”. The Jacuzzi bath was a hit! Each room has a camera at the door for security which I liked. At no point during my stay did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe as a solo female traveller. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, it’s lovely to take a walk down to the beach or enjoy a cup of tea at the Mint Cafe. I ate my meals at the Garden Cafe, where the most spectacular breakfast buffet would be laid each day, incredible food. Lunch at the Garden cafe is also a lovely spot. Ms. Sangay & Viola would take great care of me each visit. I had a little knock at the door, and was presented with a wonderful cushion which has been hand embroidered with my name by Mr. Suman, the hospitality of this hotel is incredible. Within 24 hours I was being greeted by family name even without them looking on their system.

I had a great stay at the hotel—everything was excellent from the room to the service and overall comfort. However, the check-out process was disappointing. There was only one receptionist handling a long queue, which made the wait unusually slow. This is something I’ve rarely experienced at hotels around the world. Improving this would make the experience truly seamless.

Very Kindly and the hotel very clean all the facility in the hotel available and free to used including the Jim and beach and the swimming pool, location is perfect near the sea for relaxation, all staff very kindly and helpful, breakfast international and kuwaiti , I really appreciate all the staff, and I will repeat visiting the hotel again

The facilities are more than satisfactory, the place had this beautiful old world classy charm with its enduring and opulent style, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, particularly Mr. Kamal, who went out of his way to see to the booking, he is a fine representative to this establishment
