This hotel is a little gem. From the moment we walked into reception, I felt myself relax . We were early but our room was ready , so we could check in. The staff on reception were just so lovely. Our room was on the second floor and looked over the rear car park, which was great because it was so quiet. The room was clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom just gorgeous. Breakfast was out of this world, beautiful , fresh and good quality produce. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our second evening and wow!! Food was amazing and staff were so lovely. We stayed here for 2 nights to explore surrounding areas, it’s a perfect base to return to after a long day. Without a doubt we will return. Our best nights sleep during 2 weeks travel. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it.

A real pearl in Northern Latvia, the hotel just delivers everything you can ever dream about. Classy interiors, always smilingband friendly staff, comfortable and silent rooms. I'd specifically like to point out the high quality of mattresses.

Very little to not like, but.. if the morning coffee could be better, this would be just awesome! Come on, Wolmar, you can do it! At the moment everything is somewhere between fabulous and exceptional, but you can set new highs with better coffee - maybe to consider extra fine blends from small coffee roasters?.. in summary, I'd still keep the overall score 10/10

Having stayed previously, its location is great being a short walk (15-20 mins) from both bus and rail station, whilst being away from the traffic in the town centre. Staff very helpful and attentive, the breakfast offering a good selection of both hot and cold items for breakfast each morning. The restaurant also offered very pleasant menu for an evening meal, all very well cooked and presented and sensibly priced. Will use again next time we’re in Valmeira.

Nothing really, would have liked milk or creamer provided in room for coffee as standard but they happily provided fresh warm milk from the bar for us and 2 additional pillows for bed when requested, so all good..

our room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel has a great restaurant, with a great selection of different types of food on the menu. We were afraid that my spouse will not arrive in time to place the order before the closure of the kitchen, but they found a solution: we could order ahead and we enjoyed our meals very much. And we did not need to worry where to leave the car.

There is a spa and a sauna, but it was not for use of all the clients: someone had reserved it.

Excellent location, which is just a short walk from a city centre. Well equipped room with tea making amenities and air conditioner. Excellent breakfast and a good restaurant with various dishes of all kinds. A parrot near the reception which greets you time by time is a bonus point.

Location is great, rooms were clean and spacious.

The breakfast service was slow. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep longer in the morning. But between 9-10 the breakfast was kind of limited. For example croissants and cinnamon buns ran out, so there were not anything sweet to take. The staff noticed that different things ran out, but didn't refill them.

The room's interior was beautiful, everything was very clean, and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff was also great. They even let us check in a few hours before the official check-in time since we had arrived earlier.

Sadly, The refrigerator didn't work properly and since the room was located right next to the elevator, some noises from the corridor could be heard, but these things didn't impact the quality of the stay much.

Cute, clean room, with comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choice.

In our room we could hear what happened in the hallway. Hopefully there were not many guests so could live with that. Small TV, and probably for the price they ask, the rooms are a bit outdated. I was surprised that they asked 2 euros for a toothpaste. No hotel, of the same value and star class, had asked us to pay.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food options to suit all tastes. The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.

The TV was quite small and not a smart TV, so there was no Netflix or other streaming services available. However, it wasn't a deal breaker considering the overall quality of the room and the fantastic breakfast.
