The hotel is very nice, not far away from the center and very close to a beautiful park. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, definitely the best part of our staying! The spa is very nice and big. Everything is clean and tidy. The dinner at the restaurant was also very nice, good food and reasonable price.

For the price paid, the room was VERY small, with a double bed pushed on one side of the wall. Yes, we have been offered an upgrade, but that would have made it even more expensive. Will definitely avoid that type of room the next time. Breakfast is ok, but it could be improved (eg juice was a bit watery and you would expect find more fresh juice and fruit)

As always, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained common areas and rooms that reflected a high standard of cleanliness and care. It’s clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. We also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. There was a good variety of options available, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and sausages. Everything was nicely presented and tasted fresh. The dining area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, allowing us to start our day in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

The light fixture above the main swimming pool in the SPA area—the one that adds a luxurious ambiance and improves visibility while swimming. We were told the issue was temporary and would be fixed soon. Yet, it’s still unresolved. Could you please clarify when this will actually be repaired?

All in all, my Hotel and SPA experience was superb, a lot of different massages are available, as well as different masseuses with varying experiences. Pool and sauna areas weren't crowded nor too loud even at peak hours, also very clean, well maintained and cozy. For those interested there are 3 saunas - finnish, turkish wet sauna and bio sauna (similar to finnish, but not as hot), as well as 2 separate "jacuzzi's" and moderately sized swimming pool. My room was small (smallest there is in fact), but very clean and with a great view, it was also cleaned to perfection and restocked every single day. There are many amenities on the spot, such as previously mentioned SPA, pool and sauna area, gym, bowling, resturant and many more nooks and crannies to spend time in. I didn't explore everything this wonderful Hotel - SPA has to offer, so for sure I'll be coming back!

Excelent Hotel with great Spa and variety of good spa treatments. Very confortable rooms. Great food choices at restaurant. Very good breakfast ! The Hotel SPA have sophisticated procedures and therapies, some of which are unique to Druskininkai due to the local natural remedies such as mud, amber or superior mineral waters... We have tried an amazing mix of local and Asian treatments and therapies. All jave been 10 out of 10 !!! My big thanks and respect to all the staff, especially to the spa therapists, at Spa Vilnius Druskininkai Resort! 🙏🏆

The hotel was of a high standard with many facilities for a family who want a spa experience. It was very clean and the ground floor room we stayed in was very nicely decorated.

A few niggles. No chair in our room. No lounge area where you could sit comfortably and read. The main restaurant was more like a canteen but the smaller, upstairs one was nice. As tourists from western Europe we would have liked some different food choices but it was all fresh and plentiful.

We had a truly amazing room as an apartment consisting of kitchen, dining and bedroom. We experienced a total comfort in all the areas of the hotel used. SPA zone is perfect and the restaurant is over the expectations (starting from menu and food to personnel).

The only thing which was bothering - elevators - those are too long to wait for, but you can always use the ladder ;) Cannot comment on any other thing which was outside of my personal appetite.

SPA very nice, good sauna, towels can be taken downstairs. Another cold shower at the sauna place would be nice. It is very comfortable that you can go outside from the SPA to lay down on sunbeds in the garden. Very clean all. Room was good, comfortable beds. Food was also good. Breakfast is really amazing, very much choice and very very good. Many treatments possible, and you feel comfortbale in the treatment area. Staff at the reception is very friendly. I was also positively surprised by the fact that during some hours the SPA/sauna/pool must be childfree, which can be convenient if you would like some quietness at a certain time.

The staff in the restaurant on the first floor could have been a bit more friendly. A few more elevators would be convenient. Parking near the hotel can be a bit difficult, you might need to walk a bit.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa, which is the best in Druskininkai to my view. The modern design and well-considered details create a serene environment that instantly relaxes you. Their professionalism and dedication to providing a top-notch experience were clear in every aspect of the spa.

Standard rooms are quite small, but well organized, so you don’t feel squeezed.
