Modern room, very clean, very friendly and flexible staff, simple procedures.

When we come again, we will ask for a room away from the street. My spouse woke up because of car noise. I slept very well and wasn't bothered.

Very welcoming, charming and kind staff. Recently renovated rooms in a venue with a good Italian pizzeria and in front of a bus stop not far from the city centre. Overall, a very good price/quality ratio.

The rooms in the back, not facing the street, are a bit noisy due to AC systems on the opposite building but if you close the shutters and the windows is fine. Pillows are really uncomfortable as they are too tall. Unfortunately, rooms are not equipped with a real desk where to work.

Excellent location, at walking distance from downtown, but also near bus stops. Line 6 to/from the airport stops at nearby Place de France. Quiet and modern room with air conditioning. Patisserie next door to the hotel, open for breakfast also on Saturdays and Sundays.

I liked everything, but my floor was reachable by staircase so keep this in mind if you have difficulties walking.

I can call myself now a regular at Albergo Aida. I am never dissapointed.

This time there was only a triple room available and we were only two. There is no option for a two use of a triple money wise. I had to pay it as a triple use even if one bad was never touched and so about towels. Cleaning and maintenance will be below the regular price for a triple room completely used. Maybe consider advertising a double use for a triple room just as there is the single use of a double room? Just a thought !

Very modern, lovely space, extremely comfortable, great shower, air con

No elevator, a challenge if you have much luggage Street noise so need to keep windows closed and sleep with air con on (at least there is air con!). Assume there are internal facing rooms too, which I will ask for next time. Would definitely stay again :-)

Very clean, clean towels and made up bed every day. Outside shades could be closed to block out virtually all light and reduce traffic sounds. Could open windows if desired. Relatively quiet area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts when we told them arriving late for check-in. Liked the pillows. Good internet. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Bed mattress needed replacing, sags some in middle. Unlike hotels in the US we are used to, this one did not have person 24x7 at checkin. Maybe this is European thing, this is first time visiting Europe. However we always were able to reach someone by phone. Hotel managers work in restaurant that adjoins the same entrance used to access hotel. If you need help, go to restaurant for assistance.

The location is perfect and the rooms are modern and well appointed. We have stayed there often and will again.

They were renovating the downstairs outside area and were hammering at 10pm at night. Twice we had to go down and ask them to stop. Just cannot understand how this was allowed. People also seemed to be socialising with the guy renovating which was also annoying.

Clean, high quality room. Lovely cleaner - very helpful. Great value for money for Luxembourg.

Receptionist was a bit rude when we arrived.

Staff was very helpful and communicative. They agreed to a late check in (until 10.30 pm which is very difficult to find in Luxembourg) and our pre-arrival communication was very smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom very comfortable to use. To get to the old town, you just go straight ahead for twenty minutes or take a free bus, very convenient even without GPS.

The pillows were too thick for me, I prefer small flat ones.

It's exactly what one's needs for a night in Luxembourg (5 bus stops from city center).

The rooms are an extra business to a restaurant and if you arrive in between lunch and reopening for dinner, you have to wait. Of course this is said in the email one receives before arriving, but if something unexpected crosses your path and you arrive exactly when noone is there - you have to wait. And sometimes it's uncomfortable.
