Lovely presented property. Only dropped in for one night on our travels to the Alpine regions so didn’t use all the facilities available however the reception alone was beautiful.

We searched for a hotel with Parking however we had a VW Campervan and on arrival found that the parking was underground and our van wouldn’t fit within the height limits. Fortunately we arrived late and left early so we didn’t need to pay for street parking nearby. Kettle in the room could only be used on the floor as there were no sockets close to a table or worktop. No bedside cabinet on one side of the bed. Light in the wardrobe, room facilities area was not working.

Location was good. Food was very good. Staff were excellent. Room large, clean, lovely toiletries provided.. The freestanding fan was welcomed. Umbrellas available in the foyer to use was a nice touch.

The fitm mattresses were a bit too firm for us. The lack of a nice view especially as the rear of the hotel faces a pretty park, we were facing the road and quite noisy when windows opened. The ceiling vent blowing out cool air did not reach the main room, the separate fan was needed all the time as the room with windows closed became very warm.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The location was ideal, and having a parking garage directly beneath the hotel—with a car elevator to take you up and down—was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers with a vehicle. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was a beautiful surprise—it was designed in a Turkish style, filled with mosaic-themed décor that my partner absolutely adores. It made the space feel both unique and personal. The large balcony offered a lovely view and added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. One of the highlights was the staff letting us know about the peaceful park located just behind the hotel; they even mentioned that some rooms offer views of it, which we’d love to try on our next visit.

The only thing that gave us pause was the balcony setup. The suite next to ours had only a few low potted plants separating the balconies—no wall or divider—which didn’t provide any privacy or a sense of safety. Fortunately, it seemed that no one was staying in that room during our time there, so it didn’t become an issue. Still, a bit more separation between balconies would go a long way in improving the experience. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to returning!

Just a few minutes away from the city center by bus. The room had everything you could need: a spacious layout with a dedicated work corner featuring a stylish table and comfortable chairs, a cozy bed, a mini fridge, and a water boiler with coffee and sugar provided. There were also a variety of drinks, sweets, and cookies available in a mini bar at reasonable prices. I also had a balcony, which was a nice addition. I'm not sure whether the room had specific noise insulation, but I wasn’t disturbed by any noise during my stay.

The TV was flat-screen but not a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. While the room was fully equipped, the furnishings and overall design felt quite dated—possibly from the early 2000s.

I know the hotel as I was there several times before for several days every time in addition to some other events (meetings, wedding etc) This time, everything went smoothly as I expected and as I experienced several times before . Your reception staff are nice and friendly, restaurant and bar are good and surroundings are great for a nice walk and terrace is great for a dinner but this time due to cold evenings we couldn't enjoy it.

The first time you allocate us a room on the street side on the first floor, we would've liked a higher floor room with Parc view as usual in our previous stays at your hotel.. Also, being a kind of returning client, we thought that you can accommodate our request for late free checkout in particular that the hotel was not full and the room was not needed urgently

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of juice,,yoghurt, fruit, cereal, lots of different fresh bread and pastries. There was also hot food sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs as well as my favourite smoked salmon with all the trimmings cornichons, capers, creamed cheese. There was also hood selection of cold meats. Staff topped up pots of Fresh tea and coffee.

Pillows! One big marshmallow and a smaller one. Just too soft. I ended up putting folded towel underneath. I meant to adk at reception but kept forgetting. Room was very warm and although it is January, We turned off the heating and kept the window open. Only drawback was that room was little noise and smell of of smoke from people smoking . Aircon would be ideal but realuse it is an old building

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The 24-hour reception was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. We were even allowed to check in early at 1 PM without any extra charge, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the lack of a clothes iron, but everything else was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were large and well furnished. The hotel itself was beautiful and it was in a very nice neighborhood with plenty to eat in the area. The staff was super responsive and very helpful. The rooms had air conditioning that you can actually control to your liking. The beds are large and very comfortable. The shower was large and easy to use with good water pressure. Oh and the parking is really neat, they have an elevator that takes your vehicle down to two sub basements to park. Because I brought my own trickle charger I was also able to charge my EV for a small charge. I would stay again and I hope to.

The location is amazing, 20 mins walking to the center, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast small but fresh, the basic stuff, eggs, some cheese and salami, and etc..

Two things: 1. I had to pay for the parking even though its the hotel's parking, 12.5 euro/day, I think if I am already paying for the room and the breakfast ( since it was optional ) and parking which is under the hotel, should be free, but this is just my opinion 2. In the bathroom, there is a very high step to enter the shower, which becomes very slippery, and for my parents ( who are 60 years old ) that step is very uncomfortable and a tad dangerous

Excellent location in quiet residential area with parkland behind and main road leading into city centre. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking park so very quiet. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and free public bus from Airport/City Centre stops outside hotel. Will definitely see at here again as great location to explore Luxembourg on free public transport.

Pillows were very flat.
