Lovely chateaux, great service in the library and super breakfast.

Charging 60€ per person on top of the room charge for access to the spa is a bit much…

Stunning property with kind and attentive staff. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool which was quiet despite it being August and the breakfast was exceptional with so much to choose from and really quality ingredients. Our beds were comfortable and the shower was great (particularly liked the complimentary toiletry products which were really good quality too). Would definitely return, we found an incredible Italian restaurant 10 minutes away which was a great find!

It’s on the pricey side (though was definitely worth it) and it is a shame you don’t get access to the spa being an overnight guest but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay regardless.

This place has all of our friends asking where this place is located based on our pics there. It's just amazing, the spa is dreamy, the outside pool was nice on the sunny days. The evening campfire in the courtyard was comforting. The breakfast, simply amazing. The downstairs bar is something to be experienced our bartender was kind and friendly! The restaurant was very nice, and the food was delicious. The staff goes above and beyond on every level. I love WWII history and just knowing the history involved with this facility is worth a visit in and of itself. Knowing this made the stay even more enjoyable experiencing the care and attention this place gets, it's evident, everywhere where you look. Absolutely magical stay here. Can't wait to go back there some day!!

The only thing I didn't like is that we only could stay three nights. I'd buy this place and retire there if it were possible.

A 4-star hotel actuallyl worthy of the name. Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful room. Very comfortable and with great service. Excellent spa. Very good restaurant. Nice outdoor pool area as well and cosy court yard area. I like that they did not charge extra for parking, and that everything (food, drinks, spa activities) we're put on the room and all paid together at checkout. It made for a more relaxed feeling. Excellent breakfast ( juicer for fruit/veg was a nice touch). Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We fully enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The breakfast was beautiful and the staff at the Spa were amazing. We had five treatments between my husband and myself and they were all amazing. Loved that you have an option in the gym with brand new instruments that are easy to use.

The restaurant could have had more food options as the menu was the same on the second night. I think that when you have someone staying for more than one evening it is essential to change the menu every night.

We loved the comfortable bed, heated pool, decor and ambience.The reception are is very cosy and the receptionists very professional and caring. A very big thumbs up to the most professional and best bartender I've ever come across in the cave of the restaurant. The bar's decor, ambience and good service of the bartender really made a lasting impression

The location is just a bit far from where we live but the drive was totally worth it.We wuld have liked to have a drink at the pool bat at 6pm but the bar was already closed.

The property is beautiful. Especially in snow, it looks amazing. The buildings are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and chic. Everything in the rooms are beand new. Very comfortable beds. Nuxe adds an additional value. The location is quite far from main city, so if you want to shop or eat at a good restaurant, you better do before you go to the hotel location. There is a restaurant at the property but price/quality don't match. They need a better chef. But the hotel is like a dream. The staff is very good.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bars excellent. The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the Ardennes: ideal for day trips.

The faucet in the bathroom wash basin is peculiar: difficult to turn off and regulating the water temperature is nearly impossible. The television is a disaster. It turns itself off without warning, has no program guide or teletext, and adjusting brightness is impossible—but of course it’s a Samsung, so that explains it.

The rooms are very cosy and well equipped with kettle, coffee maker, small fridge, bathroom essentials etc which is convenient. We asked for an iron also. The Spa section very nice and well equipped, specially the red submerged underground cave which provided an exotic experience.

Access to the Spa is quite expensive since they make you pay 60€/person per day. Items in the minibar also need to be paid for. And sometimes you hear corridor noise when in the room.

The place is really beautiful and well thought. Our room was nice, very clean and comfortable. The Spa is also great, probably one of the best hotel Spa I’ve seen so far. The restaurant as well as the breakfast were good, but not excellent. A little below the high ecxpectations I had. We couldn’t visit the surroundings due to poor weather conditions, but the nature around seems beautiful.
