Very good situated in the middle of the small town. So enough restaurants to choose from. The room was very big with more than enough space for the baby bed. The shower was enormous, with space for all three of us.

The breakfast could suit the rest of the accommodation more. Fresh orange juice, a little less buffet style and a little more hand made style would suit the beautiful room and restaurant more. Our toilet was slowly running a little during our stay. We mentioned it at checkout and it would be fixed. Nothing big, a small stain on a good stay all over.

Well designed rooms, comfortable beds, very good location and beautiful surroundings. Enough places for coffee and food nearby and a small grocery store. Spa facilities and especially sauna were great!

The breakfast was chaotic, many people, no good food selection, lines to the coffee machines. The entrance to spa from our side of the hotel was closed in the morning and we had to walk in bathrobes across the hotels to find someone from staff to open it. Bathroom has no door, there is no shampoo or soap near the bath, only in the shower. Toilet door can't be locked.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool was great for my 2 year old. The location and the little town was great, adorable, and a really quick ride down to Luxembourg city or any other sites you would want to see.

The breakfast was expensive and I don't think there was a very good spread compared to many other breakfasts I have seen throughout Europe. The hotel recommends eating dinner at one of the restaurants connected to the hotel, so we did. For some reason there was only one waitress for our whole restaurant and service was therefore extremely slow, which is always a negative when trying to keep a 2 year old entertained.

Perfect rooms, good parking, all facilities are together. Reception speaks english and even russian (some). Very great welcoming and good value for money

Personnel mostly speaks French, very limited english/deutsch. In SPA i haven’t seen personnel at all for 2 days. Bad navigation (quest to find parking from hotel by navigation and the way is full of tricky path and stairs. Service in restaurant is extremely slow (1 hour to take order, 1 more for food). The place and overall experience is still great. Pool is great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious. We stayed in the same hotel last year, so we chose the same accommodation and the same room type for this year, since we loved everything in 2023.

Last year (Aug 2023) the breakfast was a way better and much more different comparing to the one this year (July 2024). The main principle (buffet) was the same, but it was served in another hall/room (much more spacious) and there were more options and much more choice of food. However, it is still good.

The suite was spacious with "a design touch but not too much". The bathroom was the biggest we've ever seen, with the toiletroom apart, nice shower and bathtub. Impeccably clean, a big comfy bed. Complimentary drinks and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Central location, several restaurants with decent food. The spa features 4 saunas and a pool, not too big, but also not too crowded. Friendly receptionists speaking not only "the usual" English/German/French but also Dutch and Russian/Ukrainian.

The breakfast was ok, but a bit more variety would be appreciated.

Suites big and stylish with enormous comfortable beds and huge bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath . Lots of towels and robes which handy for going to pool . Coffee machine and bottled water a nice touch. Lovely to spend time in on comfy sofa and big window onto square. Quiet location as Clervaux centre is very small! Reasonable prices (for Luxembourg) in restaurants and food good quality including Luxemburg dishes in brasserie. (Very limited eating options elsewhere in village) Staff generally helpful and friendly. Pool clean and good size for swimming. Spa area looked good but be aware the sauna area is naturist! Plentiful and good choice of quality buffet breakfast options including sparkling wine which was a nice bonus. In all a lovely hotel.

As other reviews said the layout takes some working out! Suites are actually part of Koener Hotel which is connected to the Suites by an internal bridge, where breakfast room and spa located. Confusing email from hotel gives wrong check in info which is unhelpful, although sign outside when you arrive, points you to Koener Hotel where the reception is located. Signage inside hotel also confusing! Pool only open 10 to 6pm which is limited and jacuzzi by pool not very warm. Soft music played in breakfast room is irritating electropop- why any music ?! Parking is expensive but in winter the public car park close by is free, so no need to pay and staff to their credit, did advise this .

We stayed for 1 night with our 4 y.o. son who has never been in a hotel before :) For my husband and me it's not our first 4-star or 5-star hotel, though this one is really good and in excellent in "price/quality" ratio. Overall we enjoyed every aspect! * Nice breakfast with the variety to choose from (smoked fish was delicious!) * Swimming pool is included in the price (all supplies including bath robes, extra towels and slippers are provided as well as the ones in a child size), we visited it at about 6 pm, there were several people, but it was not crowded. * The room was really spacious. We requested a separate small bed for our son and it was ready and covered with linen, waiting us in the room. * Also we asked for an early check-in and the hotel employees did their best to provide it. Normally check-in is around 3-4 pm, we were in the room at approximately 1 pm. * The liquid soap in the bathroom smells exactly like it should smell in a really good hotel. It's a small detail, but it creates the atmosphere. * The staff was very nice and helpful overall.

The disadvantages are minor and could not spoil the very positive impression: * The pillows are way too soft and not very comfortable to sleep * As for me, the bed mattress is too soft as well, but it's a question of personal preferences * It was a bit challenging to find the hotel reception at the very first time (despite the fact that they sent all instructions and directions in a separate email in advance). We even had to call them and ask where are they :) It's a bit confusing since there are 2 hotels with different names on booking.com and on google maps in the same building and they share the reception, swimming pool etc.

Beautiful room. People working in the hotel were friendly.

Standing in front of the parking garage and no response from the reception to open the gate. Also attempt to call the hotel reception was not succesfull. Partner had to walk around to get to the reception. At the dinner my schnitzel was not of good quality. With my feedback to the waitress nothing was done. The dish of my partner was ok.

Stylish room with clean and fully functional bathroom; excellent location in center of Clervaux.

Breakfast was good, but certainly does not wow: both food offering (basic buffet-style) and setting (no window meeting room) could be improved. Navigating inside the hotel is a real challenge with signs seemingly pointing in random directions. It took us >15 mins (no joke!) to find the reception after parking the car in front of the hotel parking garage.
