Overall it's clean and has all the facilities you need for a fairly comfortable stay. Excellent views from both the room and the surrounding. Beautiful flowers and plenty of options for food and drinks. Excellent sunset view if cloud cover doesn't dominate. A good location to relax and getaway for the bustle of city. Do note, that the rooms have no air -conditioning and is cooled by fans (and that is enough for the evenings/nights when temperature drops). Vernadah as seats t=so you can enjoy the nature. Good food choices. You can access the forest from the hotel but with caution as terrain is tricky and signages are there but in some areas, not very visible.

Hotel is a bit old and facilities may need to be revamped. Windows couldn't be properly shut. No flyscreen on windows so in the day-time, you cannot open windows and it can get hot. No handtowels and no hand soap at the basin and the basin is separated from the shower room so that was a bit inconvenient to go to the shower room to get soap to wash hands and then back to the shower room to wipe hands. Perhaps hotel can look into this.

The restaurant and the cafe were brilliant and serve nice food all day long. The view from the restaurant and the surrounding area was also very nice. Its slightly cooler as its uphill and walking in the morning and afternoon was very pleasant. We stayed 2 nights here and it was a very relaxing stay with nice food coffee and pastries

The drive uphill to get to this resort was treacherous with very winding narrow roads. Its advisable to drive a smaller car to get there. The room that we got was actually at the lower area of the resort so climbing up to get to the restaurant and the attractions there was very tiring due to the steep slope. We were on constant alert for monkeys but luckily we didnt get any visitors during our stay

Great location with amazing views - when they were not hidden by low cloud. Large, comfortable room. Good value high tea offer. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant, well-tended grounds with a mass of flowering hydrangeas.

The shower took a very long time to drain and water leaked out between the floor tiles when the toilet was flushed.

Beautiful garden and the view is very stunning… nice weather. Food was great. Staff some was friendly, some was not. Multiple attraction there- starwbery farm ( nothing much there just a cafe) , dinasour park- not really well maintain- but was ok), playground - kids love it. Swimming pool. Skyview deck- RM10 / 10 minute to take photo n enjoy the view.

Try to avoid going there during school holiday… crowded. Toilet abit smelly…

The place is amazingly beautiful with a spectacular view from the top of Mount Jerai. A proper well design resort is perfect for a family gate away. Pair with the cold weather, it makes my vacation wholesome. The foods are surprisingly delicious and much better than average. Overall, I love this resort and plan to come back in the near future.

Everything! The beautiful views; of hills, paddy fields & sea. The fertile gardens that are full of so many trees & flowers. The hydrangeas. So many hydrangeas! The food was good. Happy tummy. The refreshing air! Loved it! I even love the challenging 11km drive. I specifically requested for a smooth check-in before we arrived, and the check-in was super smooth. I really appreciate it.

On the drive up, some of the taxis (vans) cut the queue. It adds difficulties to an already challenging drive.

OMG it was more than expected. The ambience was so good. Night or early morning rain . Temp 18/24 tru the day . Hydrangeas are blooming everywhere. Trekking is superb with many choices of trail 10/10 Breakfast is acceptable

Comfy bed. Beautiful scenery. Staff was friendly. Food are plenty. I would definitely come again and recommend to family & friends.

Just a minor thing.The order food start at 11am. I would like to order earlier if I could. Would like to enjoy some food before checkout. Im with baby. So,we check out and ordered pizza and waited at cafe below 30mins. Would be nice if I can enjoy waiting at room.

The view so nice and so amazing. Love the room so comfortable. The landscape is so well under management. Feeling so good being right there. The cafe have a lots of variety coffee n hot pastries.

Our first visit for six of us (close friends) to Jerai Hill. What a wonderful experience!. We loved the calm embiance, the beautifully well maintained cleanliness and its rich fresh looking flora. We also fell in love with the cozy and comfortable excecutive rooms. The breakfast spread was lavish. We loved it. We had dinner at the resort restaurant. The food was really great and to our taste. Compliments to the skillful chefs. And prices were quite affordable too. Overall, the resort was a real worth for our money. Keep up your good and great service
