The hosts were kind and attentive. They even changed rooms and mattresses for me to make it better.

The wifi in rooms was inconsistent and weak very often. Sometimes it cut out entirely in early morning hours. Unfortunately, the location was very noisy late at night and early morning due to noisy adjacent property, beach gatherings, and the Masjid loudspeakers. (5:45AM).

i stayed here for one night because a friend was getting married in Parkroyal resort down the street and no way could I afford a night there. this was a great budget option. no bells and whistles here but if you’re looking for something that’s clean, simple and comfortable, this is a great place. i collected my key from Mr. Liang who’s a pleasant man. in fact the people I’ve met here who help to run the place are all very nice people. an extra added touch is that they offer free mats to borrow if you want to lay on the beach, which is literally a minute’s walk away. some businesses on the beach rent out mats, so you’re saving a bit of money there. towel loaning is available free upon request too.

within minutes of leaving some food-related trash in my bin, an ant trail formed, but what else would I expect? it’s a rustic beach side guest house. i didn’t bother the trail and it was gone by morning.

The room is small but nice and clean. It is very close to a sea and restaurants. It has parking very close the guesthouse. Host is very nice. If we needed anything he was willing to help us immidiatelly (for example he provided electric kettle to boil a water which was not in a room)

There is no shelf or anything you can put your clothes on.

The room was clean, simple, safe and comfortable. It's right on the doorstep of the beach, and close to both affordable local food options, and the beach activities. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and it was wonderful to stay here.

Seriously bargain. The host was so friendly and amazing. Its like we've been taking care by a family. Really strategic place to enjoy beach life. Food is easy to find. Jeruk pak ali is around the corner. I cannot thank you enough for the experience in such a amazing guest house. RECOMMENDED!!

It was right in front of the beach, with independent access (double lock for security). There are no rooms with balcony or sea view, the info is not updated

A little bit noisy at night, but not that terrible. The Mosque is very loud though.

The place is very close to the beach. The aunty who welcomed me was so kind and friendly. The process into getting our rooms were so easy. The rooms were quite spacious for people who has the intention of only sleeping and relaxing. Overall it was a nice stay. Worth the price!

Great location, simple and clean, great location just 10 meters from the beach. Motorcycle rental, food and shops within 500meters, have I said , great location ?

A little basic, bring your own towels and bedding but for 20 euro, it’s no problem.

A very nice family. So close to the beach and nice beach restaurants. Yes, perfect location. Close to bus stops going to Georgetown and airport and everywhere. Very clean room. Good Wi-Fi and air-con.

No coffee facilities in the room. Woke up early because of the mosque speakers.
