Good location, spacious, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning as the weather is really hot&humid..there are plenty of restaurants around.great breakfast spot across the road. beach is just at the back.

The only letdown was the security.the bald guy .We did ask for disabled parking as my mom is disabled, paraplegic on wheelchair..the security guy asked for OKU ID,if don't have ID,not considered as disabled. He even said if the disabled person is the passenger,not eligible for disabled parking/facilities..if mentally disabled also cannot use the disabled facilities..He mentioned that the rules to avoid people abuse the disabled facilities,but i really believe they don't even want to deal with disabled guest.. Anddd.. the next letdown is your booking details regarding number of guests&kids . the management really strict about the max number of guests or you'll be penalised..

Lovely apartment, very clean and tidy. Pool was nice and quiet whilst we were there. Location is good with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach directly behind. We requested an early check in and this was arranged easily with good comms.

On our first day the lift wasn’t working so a couple of trips it to the 3rd floor with our cases but this was fixed during our stay. We had an issue with the plumbing but again this was very quickly resolved.

Excellent for the money

It would’ve been nice to have a secure place to leave a case for a couple of hours . They wanted us to leave it in the open next to vending machine so we left for home early

I wouldnt deny its a nice place ,yes. Once i reach there, guards asked me to list down the names of people who will be staying and they told me only 6 pax is allowed, including kids. When i asked should i pay more for extra guests, they literally said dont know and let us go in . We were 9 ppl including kids when we enter the apartment. And nobody inquire us about the extra guests. Hence , i thought it should be okay. And later at night, the person who passed us keys texted that we need to pay more in order for everyone to stay! When talked to owner, owner mentioned that we need to pay RM600 per head for those extra guests!!! RM600 per head for each guests, which sounded ridiculous! There is no clear justifications given when asked what is the reason for that much of extra fees. The whole apartment itself is rm600 per night and you are charging rm600 per extra heads? Please clearly state that each extra guests will be charged RM600 in our advertisement post as well so that it would become a surprise for those family members who just want to have good time.
