It is a really great location for accommodation. There are lots of restaurants, banks and shops around. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the nearest bus station. The staff at the counter are so friendly! When we stepped into the lobby from outside, the staff smiled to us and said hello; when we requested for a bottle of water, the staff even gave us three bottles! They are so great and I really appreciated it.

However, it has a few disadvantages. For example, the water heater is bad, when I was taking a shower, the water became too hot when I turned to the right, and became too cold and less stronger when I turned to the left. Therefore it is quite uncomfortable to take a bath. It doesn’t provide the electric device like hair dryer.

It is your average-looking hotel with a fine exterior and interior. The hotel location is top-notch 10/10, there is a water filter as well for refilling. The staff were nice. They are a 24/7 hotel which makes it very easy for check-in and other needs.

They should have more facilities. They did not have a carpet beside the bathroom which is a very basic necessity. It was raining so we ordered food from Grab but the hotel staff couldn't provide us with cutlery. It makes sense for a hotel if they have their own restaurant but I am not sure if they did.

LOCATION: Georgetown architecture, near food court, taxi ride from airport not expensive, near a variety of decent restaurants (Indian, Korean, Malaysian, Italian) PROPERTY: Nice looking lobby, room was solid for a the country, strong internet, strong shower head VALUE: Look at this pictures - it's only $34 a night!

Staff was friendly, but lazy about cleaning my room. They need to be more proactive and diligent.

It's a very quiet location, and the bed was super comfortable. I've rarely slept so well. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.

I miss a refrigerator and a place to hang up bathroom towels.

Rooms and housekeeping are good and clean in condition...The hotel is located near to little India..good environment and also easy to get delicious foods there.. Peaceful place for mind relax and enjoy..Thank You Bishop

It's just my suggestion..If can scheduled for maintenance and inspect airconds filters condition..Other than that please give a safety parking area( with reasonable parking price for customers) Those are my opinions and observations.. Valuable Management, implement it in future for more comfortable and peaceful..Thank You

They have 24hr reception, so you can check in late. Location is okay, 15min walk to the main attractions. But there are many restaurants, food markets, convenient stores closeby. Beds are shorter than normal and since I am pretty tall, when I extended my stay I requested a bed with space between bed and the wall and it was no problem at all to get it. They also asked me after a couple of days if I want a cleaning service, which was nice.

Main was is NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM. Also walls are very thin, as well as you can hear pretty much everything and everyone on the hallway. so if you are a light sleeper that might be a problem (luckily for me it is not a problem)

The Location is very close to many tourist attractions for example Little India, The Weld Quay, Fort Cornwallis where you can walk and enjoy the morning sunrise and watching ships coming in and out. The hotel room was very comfortable. It is also to Penang street if you are willing to explore the area

I love the location. Very close to many shops and restaurants and food vendors. Easy for dinner and breakfast. Close to the tourists main attractions too. Bank is also close by. Not so noisy at night which is good. The staff also very friendly and nice smile.

It was quite difficult to find parking spaces... Unless if you get the hotel parking, you have to pay the fee. (actually it is quite easy and cheap using the Penang Smart Parking App.) For the bed, I think it would be better if the hotel can add the Mattress Topper as they were quite hard for me..

Hotel is within walking distance to the heritage sites, the bed was super comfy and clean. There are lots of eateries nearby like the famous Ali nasi lemak and Joja Bagel Shop. The ambiance and decoration of the room is nice. The Indonesian lady at the front desk was super friendly and chatty.

I was given a connecting room, I can hear everything from the next room - coughing, TV, chitchatting. I can even smell the coffee made by them in the midnight. If you're light sleeper, ask the front desk not to give you a connecting room. The parking is so limited and hard to find. On the first day, I have to make a few rounds just to get a parking lot. I ended up parking at the Little India which is adjacent to the hotel.
