Great, central location near Little India and Fort and 3 min walk from ferry jetty. Very comfortable and very helpful lady at reception. We booked a Family Suite, even though only 2 of us - it was worth the small extra cost for the very large space. When we asked to be moved from level one due to loud noise from the 3 Air con units outside our window, we were quickly and easily moved to level 4 which was very quiet. The lady at reception was very helpful in organising a Grab ride to the airport.

Just ask not to be in Family Suite 101 - there are loud Air con units outside the window - but the staff were very helpful in moving us to room 401 - nice and quiet. No fridge - but this appears to be common in Malaysian hotels.

A good bed and bathroom. A kettle with tea, coffee n milk sachets The reception staff were all really helpful and friendly. Air con very good and the Wi-Fi. Just a five minute walk to the Butterworth ferry so ideal.

The sheets were clean but a little threadbare and instead of covering a duvet the sheet was covering an old style blanket!

The room was nice and had the normal necessities that you need for a hotel room for the night. It was comfortable. If you're an easy sleeper and need a comfortable place but within the budget, this is the one to pick.

1) At night, random noises from the street or nearby joints (cafe or something), there's someone screamed during the night that I was staying so it's quite easy to hear the outside noises sometimes. (Depends on the person). Overall, not that bad. 2) No nearby mini marts to buy small snacks. (I didn't see any vending machine either)

Location - very handy to bus & ferry terminals. Older male on reception who checked us in was extremely helpful.

No way to get in after 10pm if security guard not present in reception area. Young male on reception not particularly helpful. No fridge in room.

The bed is quite large than what I expected. The room and bathroom is spacious. There’s room make up daily. The hotel located in the city so we can walk around to explore

The room is quite near to the road and it is a bit noisy at night. There’s open parking space (need to pay) but still a bit struggle to find one at night

Excellent location for accessing the older parts of George Town and the ferry to Butterworth. Good air-con and bathroom. Only a little street noise, expected in such an urban location.. Some restaurants, shops, banks in easy walking distance.

Restaurant was closed so no breakfast option on-site, which was disappointing (a Cafe over the road was ok but not cheap). I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work but that may be me. Nothing else a problem.

Good location, It's near by ferry port or jetty. we can reach here by walk, bus or taxi. Here is not far from street art, chew jetty and especially the bus terminal. We can go to anywhere by starting from this bus terminal.

Clean, Quiet, Convenent. it's more choise for the one who finding the hotel in this area.

Even though it's a budget hotel, the staff and the guard are very friendly and helpful. The location is around leisure place. Besides, the hotel have a small convenience store. And there is bar nearby for the night! The room clean and the air-cond cold~

location is good, very close to Penang port for ferry. Close to tourism hotspots with walking distance and nice local food. Room is clean and comfortable.

For my 2nd time staying here. I love the environment and location near the attractive place. I hope it will be my favorite place to stay when visiting Penang.
