Refurbished , new room, with lift access. Aircon, hot water is good. Walk to Jetty Food Court and close by food count for day and night. walk to various street art huntng and Food Museum.Get large bottle drinking and no sugar soft drink from Happy Mart instead of 7-11. Room clean up , resupply coffee, drinking water and bed making every day.Bring Visa Card is a must when travel Malaysia as the country try to go cashless. I took bus from IPOH to Butterworth, Ferry fee Myr 2/person , no cash, cost A$1,66 from visa. Just few min walk to the hotel with luggage on wheels.

Still need to climb up 10 stairs to get to the lift entrance, no problem for people 20 years younger or travel light. Room is facing the main road, very good view for the Port and Ferry. Still heard the morning loud speaker broadcasting and road traffic. Required Card key to power up the room, can not pre-cool the room when go out.

The room was just nice for a 2 person stay for a few nights. It was clean and had enough amenities that made our stay rather comfortable. It is RIGHT OPPOSITE the Georgetown Ferry Terminal and a few mins walk from major tourist spots like Chulia Street, Armenian Street, the Clan Jetties, and Fort Cornwallis. Its location is very strategic. Our stay was very comfortable and very value for money. For a budget hotel, it is really well-maintained and definitely exceeded our expectations.

The street can get a little noisy as the hotel is situated on Pengakalan Weld, a main street. We also had issues with the iron, it wasn't clean and made stains on our clothes but could be washed off.

Room size - just nice for the guest to stay, not too small. facilities - all well maintained with lift location - strategically spot on & nearby ferry/cruise harbour parking - more than 20 parking space toilet & shower - water pressure is excellent

tv channel - only have 6 available channels but only 1 was working. the others were error receptionist/ staff - stayed for 2 nights & encounter 3 staffs. but 1 of them was unfriendly. not mentioning here but the management should ensure front desk staff is pleasing for the guest.

the room was spacious, nice & clean, with an iron/ironing board, kettle / coffee & minibar available. a free open air car park next to the hotel for all guests. the location is nearby all good foods & tourist spots.

the room aircond was badly positioned. the cold air didn't reach the bed at all. the wifi also was very bad. i got 3 different passwords for 3 different nights of stay. but all of the time it was always slower than a dead snail. the hotel is located next to a busy main road. can hear car/motor noises all the time.

EXCELLENT LOCATION TO OUR EVENT HALL LOFT 29, INDIAN RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. JUST OPPOSITE BUS DEPOT, SO CONVENIENT TO TRAVEL BY BUS. JUST OPPOSITE SEA AND JETTY FOR EVENING STROLL. NICE SEA VIEW FROM OUR ROOM.

BREAKFAST SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE.

The room is small, but cozy. The bed is very comfortable. There is a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, refrigerator. Convenient hotel location, great staff. Very good bathroom!

When booking it was stated high floor and sea view, instead the room was on the first floor and overlooking the parking lot. On the first night, someone was smoking in the next room - the smoke through the ventilation went straight to us. After complaining to the staff, the problem was solved - thank you!

Location was strategic, near to town. The price so affordable. Friendly staff.

The view. I choose sea view but I get parking view. But, that time I was too tired to go to lobby so, I just stay at tht room.
