Staying here was amazing. Although check-in was officially from 3 PM, we arrived much earlier in the morning. The staff immediately checked if any rooms were available, and they let us check in right away so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. On top of that, they upgraded us to more luxurious rooms for the same price. The hotel is newly opened, so we felt like we were the first to use everything. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh towels provided every day. The restaurant staff was wonderful, and the chef personally came to ask if everything tasted good. Breakfast was on point. The staff is incredible, and I especially want to thank Bani (Bugs Bunny😜) for his outstanding help from the moment we arrived until we left. Bani helped us arrange snorkeling trips and stayed in contact with us throughout our journey to ensure we arrived safely and to check where we wanted to go next. He even took us to the bus terminal when we left. And , I want to express my gratitude to Nan Abdel Manen for his kindness, helpfulness, and delicious surprise desserts in our hotel room and Mr. Naz en the chef from the restaurant. What made this experience even more special is that we felt like we gained new friends during our stay. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel so welcome. You don’t need to stay on the island; you can easily take boats to the Perhentian Islands from here. In one word: amazing. If I come back, I’ll return here without even booking in advance.

Everything was perfect.

It is brand new and still partly operational. However the location for the jetty to Perhentian Islands is good. The bed is comfortable and the restaurant and front desk staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. The food was good. The chef even came to see us and ask for feedback which was much appreciated.

Noisy uncontrollable children running down the corridor at night, but front desk informed the parents. Some alcoholic options such as beer or wine when dining would be good and attractive for non Muslim tourists and diners.

the bed is very comfortable and the room very clean. the staff at the reception is helpful and friendly

the selection at breakfast is very large and it tasted very delicious. however, we had to wait a very long time and had to remind the staff of our order. Although we had planned enough extra time, the long waiting times meant that we had to eat and pack our stuff very quickly so that we wouldn't miss our ferry. This could be improved!

Positive - room is very clean. bed & pillows are very pluffy and comfortable. staff are good. Negative - the room itself is very small for the price of RM 507. Bathroom's door too small & the glass door transparent - no good. Recommendations - should have a good family room or junior suite room or studio room.

Probably it’s not fully operated yet. There’s no cafe,where you can just sit & chilled around the hotel. Unless I’m not aware of it (-) The staff very helpful and friendly. The room sparkling clean. Bed was great. I hope they keep up with the good work. We had good rest & sleep after long day! (+)

We arrive late night and checked in after running away from another disaster hotel. We were tired and exhausted but as soon as we stepped into the hotel we met Bani at the Front Desk, smiling and welcoming us in the best way possible, giving us the key of a beautiful and clean room. The staff is amazing and always do their best to satisfy your needs! Fully recommended ❤️

You do not have restaurants around the hotel but you can take a grab to go downtown or eat at the hotel restaurant. We chose hotel restaurant and it was very good and calm!

Staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us with anything and everything. I was very sick with the flu, and the lengths they went to to make me more comfortable were beyond servicable. Will definitely come back given the opportunity
