The room met expectations with its affordable price, comfortable bed, and spacious layout. The staff was friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Although the location was quite remote from malls or the city centre, there was an excellent selection of nearby restaurants and cafes.

I'm not sure if an elevator or lift is available, but since the hotel has only two levels, it may not be an issue for most guests. However, this hotel may not be ideal for elderly people who have trouble climbing stairs or those with heavy luggage.

Restaurant below the facility was very convenient😁😁Menue was displayed inside the apt. Can choose what to eat prior going downstaires to munchhh. Definitaly will repeat here next time.

No washing machine.Its great if provided😁 The floor mate infront of every bathroom quite dirty.. Still can visibly see the shoe residue from the previous guest.. No mirror inside every room. Need one tho, need to wait others finished taking shower to use the bathroom mirror, and its not really comfortable as the bathroom floor already wet😐

i hope they provide individual water heater kettle inside the room. had to go outside to get hot water for drinks. the price at booking.com a bit high compare to walk in rate. the wifi only can be use for one device for each room, and the signal is weak.

It was very spacious, clean and equipped with kitchen amenities that you can use. The location was strategic where you can easily look for food. If you wish to stay a bit far from city, go here. 😁

I wish the staff can be convenient upon our arrival as i had arrived much earlier then what i expected but the staff insisted that i can only checked in accordingly to what i had informed earlier as per our conversation through email. The rest was ok. Definitely would come again in future.😁

Love The honesty & reliable staff. On 02/09 morning I drop one of my most importnt gold ring in the room without noticing that i bring it along during my vacation. When i got back in the middle of the night, the ring was on my dressing table. Thank you so much kak hawati for being a responsible person on that day. if somebody else took it i probably wouldnt even Notice it anyway. So im very2x gratefull for the honesty. Upon my cekout the front office staff also asked Me if i left any purse at the lobby the day bfore. And it was indeed mine haha. Thank god they were alert. Coz my office access card was inside the PURSE.

On 01/09 my bed sheet were unchanged & only tuck half way, the duvet also being left on the bed with out being fold in the bed. The staff didnt pick up the Used towel on the sink & didnt top up the utility. On 02/09 the staff is better, she was on point and make sure the room is cleaned & everything is changed & toped up. Its big, enough for big family. 6 +1 children.its clean, basic utensils are available. Esp the water supply. Wht i really like is we can cook basic thing like maggi in a cup and make some coffee. Full aircond, comfortable hotel bedding. Enough parking space and locate near 24hrs restaurant. Near inanam Bundle mania too. Its a great stay of course.

I like that when we actually arrive early than the check in time bcause i actually forgot the check in time and the staff work on our room immediately even we said that we will wait and the staff let us check in early..im so grateful for that after a long drive.

If you guys provide the small refrigerator.much better.so our drinks n chocolate will be cold and froze

Great location for transit traveler. Quite and peaceful environment. The hotel could be access by free shuttle bus or airport shuttle between terminal/airport shuttle, the hotel room with runway view, nice and kind staff.

The furnishing bit old, require to be upgraded / renovation and The breakdast was good but need more variations.

This is a great transit hotel just over the road from the Inanam bus stop - 2 minutes walk. It feels high end, the rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Air conditioning works really well, TV, tea and coffee, hot and cold water from a water dispenser in the hallway. Nice big shower, toiletries provided, very spacious lobby areas, staff were really welcoming and friendly. There are loads of shops, restaurants and a couple of ATMs close by.
