Location, location, location... we've stayed in Celyn Hotel, City Mall lots of times before, and will continue to stay there in the future. Strong wifi, free parking, near to shopping mall, cinema, entertainment outlets and eateries.

Aircond not so cold, No foot mat for bathroom, please improve on your TV channels.

Sound proof in the rooms aren’t great. We can hear screaming kids running outside our door, people turning on and off light switch next door, the mini fridge in our room was noisy.

Spacious room. Attach to shopping mall. Has lift although 3 floor only. Has small fridge. Quiet and comfortable stay.

No floor mat provided to bathroom. Location of socket so hard to connect. Low end of the wall and behind the heavy table. Literally one has to crawl to reach the socket...😄😄

It was very clean the moment i stepped in, favourite one is how spacious it is and there is more than enough cabinets to store your things, they also provide 2 cards for the room which for me is very convenient if staying with more than 2 people, free parking is available near the hotel

Spacious rooms. Regular cleaning. Cheaper on booking than in-person. The mall has everything you need. Close to Chinese consulate (which we needed for this stay)

You’ll need a taxi to get to the city centre. They regularly cleaned our room, but on the very last night a big cockroach appeared out of nowhere.

Great location - it’s in City Mall so there are several of options for food. Staffs were polite, check-in process was smooth.

There was a stain on the blanket. Wi-Fi wasn’t especially fast.

The rooms is very comfortable, and because it is situated at city mall, finding place for meal is convenient. We stayed here during CNY (public holiday) so the traffic is not heavy, going everywhere is practically a breeze.

No breakfast provided but its ok for me, not a big deal. What iam so proud of this hotel is they called me telling that i left my laptop behind. Its a wonderfull experience been there. Will take my laptop on 13 ya guys, but maybe a bit late ya coz iam from KM. 100 starz for all of you🤗

near hotel have many restaurant, likes chinese restaurant, kfc, papa rich, kopitiam, Piza hut, secrect receipt , 4fingers etc

so far everything is ok, quite far from pasar Filipin, if take taxi, fare around RM 10.

Somewhere was dusty, like the toilet and under the wardrobe. Maybe the room was vacant for long period since my room was the corner room. Overall is ok, only dusty problem.
