Newly renovated. Clean and tidy. Complementary bottles of drinking water daily. Strong water pressure.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided. No fridge although there was a compartment made for fridge. Only 4 hangers provided; not enough for a couple like us who stayed for 7 nights. Troublesome to have to enter access code for wifi daily (24 hours validity) Corridor not lighted during day time which was dim.

It’s a new hotel. Everything was new although there were few things that wasn’t installed yet.

Since my room was right beside the emergency exit (stairs), it was noisy. You can hear the door banging open/close.

Facilities are quite new , design updated fashion and furniture bedding also in good condition.

Floor are abit dusty the first night I check in, bedding had abit of stain but not harm at all. One big problem was I realise they had the balcony glass door tinted for privacy but installed in the wrong way, during the night time I couldn’t see outside but outside can see me easily?

If you're planning to stay penampang area. This hotel is recommended for you. But if you're staying in kk city area this place might not be suitable for you.

Limited parking space. And i didn't know there's parking for guest behind the hotel. No proper signage for parking so i park a bit far from the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. There is a small balcony and window. Very new unit and love the wing chair. Will stay again if come to bundusan. Perfect location to laundry eateries and bank.

Comfortable, clean, near supermarket, parking and nicely staff.

No mini bar at my room rate and the cleaners are too early to clean the other rooms. Very noisy and disturbing sleep time. If possible do it later. Not early in the morning. This is just a suggestion but thanks for keeping the hotel room clean.

Clean. Excellent air conditioner. Toiletries supplied can be improved.

Limited parking spots especially after 9pm. Whilst they had a space for a fridge, there wasn’t one installed.

• The room was nice, clean and comfy. • The location was actually not bad, many stores, restaurants and even laundry places nearby.

• So far nothing yet, since it's only for a night.
