The location was excellent, conveniently near the Penampang tourist attractions in Sabah. The scenery was stunning, making it a delightful experience for a first-time traveler to Sabah. The unit smelled fresh and was well-maintained. We used Grab for transportation, which was affordable and convenient for visiting various tourist spots, even for a group of four. The best part is that this unit is located right next to ITCC Shopping Mall, where you can find almost everything you need. There’s also a food court on the top floor of the mall, offering delicious meals at great value. The host was very responsive and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During our stay, the air conditioner in the living area had a slight drip, and the bidet in the bathroom was also dripping. However, the host responded promptly and assured us that the issues would be resolved. So, you likely won’t experience these problems during your stay.

The apartment provided has 1 single bed, 1 large bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. the sofa bed is huge. I think almost king-size? they provided us with 2 towels but if not enough can always Whatsapp the host and see how they can help you. they will inform you of the ways to park, key collection, house rules, the policy, and the check in-period through whatsapp app. The instructions given were straightforward. kitchen appliances were good enough with mugs, plates, bowls etc. There's an electric stove as well and one huge pan. The view is also not bad, you can see a sunset. Overall,, it's a good place to stay if you come with several friends and family.

with only 2 lif available + a lot of floors + small lif area, the waiting time can be long, sometimes it can be a bit frustrating 😅😅 need to be patient with it ya.

Shopping centre - easy to find restaurant. Parking - It's FREE PARKING wherever you want to park your car & safety ❤️it. Room - CLEAN, COSSY & CALM ❤️TQVM HUSH INN (ITCC MANHATTAN SUITES) 😚 YG PENTING BYK SELFIE AREA DLM BILIK. SO AMAZING OF DECORATION 😍

LIFT - have to wait a few minutes and always be full of guests because only have a 2 lift for MANHATTAN SUITES GUEST AREA 😌 TV - lack because WIFI is under maintenance, TIADA menonton TV selama 6days 5nite😆

the television have some problem. it keep switch on/off while watching it. i think owner need to check the tv cable

The interior look of the room, the view from the room and the location because ITCC is just next door. Although the bed doesn't have a frame, it is still very comfortable. Plenty of movie selection.

The sitting area, "sofa" is unusual but it serves well as an additional bed for extra pax. The wall is thin, we can hear people talking but I guess the noise is really coming through the window.

Some inside the property not included such sofa I thought we may seat watching tv comfortably but not so it would more nice if the property inform us about it cause only 2persons stay not 3persons

I just checked out today and from my experienced highly recommended !! Staff was friendly and easily to contact facility all clean and functioning well u can also cook and feel like home 😂 got wifi, heater and friedge easy to find park and store nearby (itcc)

It's a cozy room for me. People who live nearby are friendly. The ITCC mall is very close, you could easily go to find someplace to eat or luxury. There are many groceries, pots, and cooking stuff that can be used.

A little far away from the main town. If u wanna go to GAYA Street, the waterfront, the First Beach, Imago Mall, etc you have a long-distance. It will waste my time.

The beds were superb, the washing machine works well, the water pressure was excellent, wifi works well, android TV is fine, the location is stratégic, easy to find restaurant, the parking is free, suitable for family of 5.

If you wish to cook, i don't think they provide enough utensils, just à rice cooker and microwave. Basic cooking should bé no problem.
