Room is very spacious, very comfortable bed. My room is facing the sunset so I get to see beautiful color of sunset. Grab is available and the location is very strategic, hence the grab price is affordable. Will surely book here for my next visit.

Toilet is very small, don't worry you can still do your business inside. When I enter the room and start turning on the fan there were a very thick dust in the air. And unfortunately, I came there when there's renovation and even though my room is upstairs, I can still hear the worker doing renovations downstairs.

Accommodation: The accommodation at Borneo Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms offered a peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided although a bit worn out but were still adequate for a comfortable stay. Hospitality: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hospitality extended by the staff at Borneo Inn. From the moment I checked in until the time of departure, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Their personalized service added a special touch to my overall experience, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Facilities: While Borneo Inn may not boast extensive facilities like larger hotels, it offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The common areas are well-maintained, and the inn provides essential amenities such as Wi-Fi and toiletries. The cozy ambiance of the inn adds to its charm, creating a homely atmosphere for guests. 24/7 secure free parking was provided at the inn. Value for Money: Considering the comfort, convenience, and excellent service provided, I believe Borneo Inn offers great value for money. The rates are reasonable, especially considering its prime location in Kota Kinabalu.

The furniture are a bit run down.

I like how close the inn is with all kinds of tourism places. The room is simple but very clean. The price is only 200+ for 3 nights and it is worth enough, if and only if you spend your holiday going out for the whole day, rather than just stay in the room.

The Aircon is noisy.

I truly love the hospitality of the receptionists (Naseer & Edith) who provided assistance to all of my requests. Secure parking, affordable, clean bedroom and great location. For double bed type of room, the room space is quite limited so i specifically asked for a unit which is slightly larger. There is no wardrobe but hooks are available to hang your clothes. The ambience of the room and the surrounding of the place are exactly like the pictures shown.

I like the location easy to access and not too busy, also they have many parking easy too park your car and it safe. The staff is friendly, good job. the room is okay and no complaint at all. For me all good.

Can prepare good slippers in the bathroom already got one slippers there but it’s dangerous can make people fall down .Thank you 👍🏻.

I think the staff need to check the unfunctioned lighting or socket before or after customer check in

parking space with roof. tv and remote control in good condition . complementary toothbrush and toothpaste . normally cheap hotels don’t have these nowadays.

rooms that was built with cement board is a bit hot during the day and had to put the Aircond very low and turn on the wall fan.
