Overall the hotel was nice, clean and a great place for us to take a rest. Actually we only checked in for a few hours since our flight was delayed. But still the hotel is great. They give us side by side room as per requested. The view is also nice. The hotel is just beside zus coffee and tealive. Very near to restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, etc.

No hose in the toilet. If you want to shi shi, you can only wash using a small cup provided. Maybe owner could provide a hose later.

The staff were friendly. Facilities was perfect. Strategic location with a lot of shops nearby to fulfill our needs. Always chose this hotel every time i went to KK. Worth your money. Recommended

The bed a bit noise every time your move. For some people it still acceptable but some people might get distracted with that cracky sound.

Staff is friendly, they do the cleaning priodicaly n statisfy with their sincere job..nothing missing in the room.. book on the double room at first and change to superior room great for long stay. it was very easy to change to other rooms evntho..the area is quite busy but alot of place to eat and groceries around the area and rhb atm just walking distance away..will stay again next time for SURE! If there is 10 stars i give u 10s. Sorry no photos during my stay..privacy ya.

Just need to notify the occupant if u want to do the room cleaning..bcause we are shock that the room was clean evn we didnt request any..but non of our stuff is missing..just need to notify us daily in our long stay.

the ac was okay, better than before.

no bidet in the toilet. got only one at the sink only. I was given a small pail and no dipper.

Staff is extremely kind, helpful and courteous. The location is unbeatable, being filled with cafes and restaurants and amenities.

There is a nightclub of sorts just 2 doors away which will blast mind-numbing music all night long till well past 1 am. The hotel personnel is aware of this problem and they have tried to talk to this club’s people but to no avail. So if you are a light sleeper, I suggest you don’t book this hotel.

I like this hotel because near restoran n more shop.

The pillow is too thin.. Please give a thicker pillow..

The room is clean and accommodations was work well. Hot water for bath, coffee and water heater function well. The price was reasonable with the cheap deposit. The location was near airport, have small groceries shop beside, bubble tea also varied. Staff was excellent he give permission to check in early if the room was available. Overall, it was a great experience to stay in here.
