I am very happy that I choose that place 🤗🤗. I had stress free 12 days at Grand Eastern hotel. Room was very comportable, clean, and spacious. Most importantly bathroom was very clean and they provided tissue and other stuff. Cleaning staff cleaned the room and bathroom properly and removed trash daily. They provided free WiFi and had a big TV. A lot of places were available nearby to purchase food. Surrounding is safe and people are freidnly. Although hotel is located nearby a main road with high traffic, noise was minimum and not disturbing at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful 🤗🤗. I highly appreciate their support 💜💜💜.

I like the hotel.quiet and comfortable,clean dan spacious.

I book a room with three beds but there were only two towels and one soap.should prepare three too.The floor in the bathroom was a little bit slippery because there was some shampoo or liquid .should clean before guests arrived next time.

Service were very good and with a smile. They allow us to check in as our requested during booking. Nice and quiet place. Not to worry about food as the surrounding does have fast food and food stall / restaurant.

I have a great stay. Helpful staff. Compatible room. Breakfast no provider but you can find a delicious local food within that hotel area.

When I booked through the app it stated that I will get 2 double beds but the staff told me it is a family room (which I expect same as in the app). However I got 1 double bed & 1 single bed. I don't want to ask the staff since I was already tired.

The location was away from central but lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The pillows quite hard.

I think I want to recommend about the pillow. Can’t sleep well because the pillow is to thick ( sangat tebal & keras )
