property is pretty, looks clean & expensive. airconds in all areas, can cover all. can cook light dishes. fridge, water heater, utensils, hair dryer also provided. the design n all totally superb! for extra tip, the power gonna shut down half an hour before check out time so be prepared & pack all the stuff early!

the only foul is the bathroom. bcs we’re travelling in friends group so its kinda awkward to use the bathroom since its transulect. but just did our own diy to cover the door and we’re good to go! also the smaller room which contain bunk bed, the aircond is broken. got water leaking from the aircond and it cant function well so we did not use the room n aircond for the night.

These are my honest and sincere comments: 1. The beds are comfortable, one queen bed and a double decker single bed 2. 3 Airconds and 2 ceiling fan work well. 3. WiFi and led TV work well too. 4. Washroom is clean and the water heater works well. 5. Strategic location in ITCC shopping mall. Currently the parking is free 6. Easy to access with a security card. 7. Fast return of deposit RM 100, (within 24 hrs) 8. The lighting and furniture make the apartment look elegant and luxurious.

The washroom door is made of glass and it's almost transparent. I suggest to the door to be put some stickers as you know to provide privacy. The rest is perfect, well done

Checkin time was at 5pm. Owner didnt inform me earlier. the toilet door its hard to lock. Master bedroom door is see thru.

House was clean

The room was large, clean and had loads of storage. The accommodation is part of a larger shopping complex so shopping and dining is very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and a the apartment had a reasonable bathroom.

No wi-fi due to a faulty router and no offer to fix it. The room was clean, however the building communal areas were filthy. Two elevators for a 20 storey building is ridiculous especially when one was perpetually out of order. Not many utensils in the room, disappointing given the room pricing.

Overall ok.

Single bed should be 2 beds but the host give us bunk bed and our group have 2 old people too. The words Single bed should make it clear to avoid misunderstanding.

very poor customer service, wasted my time at the lobby because they doesnt provide any detail for the room that i reserved and end up booking on the other suites
