Good room cleanliness and friendly reception staff. Nice roof top bar to enjoy the sunset. Relatively quick response to room requests/complaints.

Limited TV channels with blurry reception and no Astro Sports channels. Hotel need to upgrade old TV set to smart TV type with YouTube, etc. No mini fridge inside room to store cold drinks. Hotel was isolated and distant from eating places. Good only if you have your own car to move around. Overall, still a decent place for accommodation despite some minor annoyances.

The breakfast is at the ground floor cafe. I heard from friends, their food is quite good for local food. It is buffet for bread, fruit (watermelon only), coffee & tea, a dessert (quite chewy and hard, not sure what kuih). The main meal is made to order and I selected American breakfast. I think there's a total of 3 options select from. Had to wait at least about 10-15mins for the meal to be delivered. But the taste is just so so. Decent. Don't think it is worth the price but there is no other restaurants within walking distance.

Aircond is rather rundown and warm. At midnight, suddenly the aircond is shut down. I had to call housekeeping and aircond was back but didn't sleep too well. Bed is ok.

Served ohr purpose as a base accomodation for what we needed to do for a couple pf days in KK specifically in Penampang and surrounding areas.

If ypu want shops and choice of reataurants within walking distance, this is not the place fpr ypu. It is pribably a good place for a meeting place without diatractuons while sampling local facilities indigenous food at the hotels restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was of a reasonable size with a decent bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient. Despite being located near a busy junction the room was quiet. An excellent choice if you have your own car or use Grab.

About 15 minutes drive to the centre of KK, and only a couple of minutes from large shopping areas. However there is no opportunity to walk due to the lack of footpaths. To get anywhere local you will need transport. The rooftop bar is too loud and way overpriced.

I prefer mini fridge and ironing board in the room and expect the room cleaner vacume properly the carpet. Bathroom while showering it water come out , so the bathroom was wet most of the time and I requested for 2 bathroom mat.

Easy to find, parking is provided for the hotel guest and there will security staff monitor the car during at night. Have cafe which open till 10.30pm and rooftop bar open from 4pm to 12 midnight. Good experience staying here and will stay here in future since it is near to KKIA. Its only 7-8 min drive from the hotel to KKIA. Besides, the hotel also provide shuttle bus services based on first come first serve. The staffs also very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Since it is near to the main road, so light sleepers people may find this aspect bothersome. However, since I am not, I enjoy the stay and not bother with the sound from the main road.

Didnt expect the room will be extra spacious. And if you are looking for a quiet place, this will be the best place because it's a bit far from the city

The staff were all so friendly! Especially the receptionist that checked me in on my first day of arrival. Any problems I bring up to him, he’d be happy to help or assist. Great service!

Location met our needs. Great shower. Friendly staff. Really helped us when we had to extend the stay for another night at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.

I really liked the bed. Very comfortable. The staffs were friendly. Overall i love the experience. Surely will come again next time.

The noise as during that time the hotel was ongoing some renovations.
