Admin Nourie helped me changed my reservation twice because my flight was cancelled and I told her the wrong date. Much obliged to her leniency and assistance! I wouldn't be able to secure a stay here if it wasn't for her help!! Bed was very comfortable, toilet was very clean, up to hotel standard.

Would've been perfect if the internet wasn't down during my 1 day stay, phone could connect to wifi but there was no internet, could be the problem with the ISP. The sound of vehicles speeding through during midnight was annoying, but given the convenient location right next to the highway, it can't be helped. And would've been more convenient for us if they provided single use toothbrush kit and shaving kit.

Arrived early hours of the morning and the key was in the lockbox as messaged to me, so easy after hours access. Grab from airport 01.00hrs=7 MYR and 04.00 hrs=5MYR. Large clean room and en suite. Well equipped outdoor kitchen=utensils, pans, crockery and cutlery. Kettle and tea/coffee in room and hairdryer. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Recommend for airport proximity--can't comment on locality

Walking distance from airport if you don't mind a short hike along high speed roads. We got a full apartment with 2 queen bedrooms, but didn't really need/use the second one. Aircon very strong.

WiFi barely worked. Hosts kindly tried to fix it, but to no result, it would only work randomly for few minutes every hour. Likely wrong settings in their router. I read it in other older reviews too, so they should definitely address it.

I love the room..so clean have all basic needs such as cupboard, water heater, hangers, plugs, mineral bottle. Furthermore, the self check in and check out system is so easy and convenient for travelers who come to stay here. Keep it up.

Some improvements need to be upgraded, especially the water pressure. Sometimes, the pressure is high, but most likely to happen is low.

A great place for a stop over close to the airport and easy to check in even at 2am in the morning with their special arrangements. The room was very clean and basic with everything you need kettle, tea, soap and towel and shower gel. The A/C was excellent and the fan worked well.

I really like the view of garden. Their staff very nice and quite easy to check in & check out. They provide kitchen supplies like rice cooker, pan & electric stove. Clean & easy to park car.

Upper floor too narrow and and flooding during rainy. Perhaps, the property is quite new so it looks clean with minimum maintenance. Please keep it up the standard.

Clean and tidy room for family of 7. Simple but considered acceptable condition.

The appliance inside the room (boiler), maybe other user before us boiled food using this and got leftover that cannot be cleaned. Got tea sacket, but no sugar powder or milk powder.

Clean and conveniently close to the airport - only RM5 to grab there. Great that they have the option for late check in

Should be a short walk from the airport but the road has no pavement and is dangerous to walk along, although obviously this is not the fault of the hotel!

Very closed to the airport, best choice for staying one night to catch the early flight. Self check in & check out is very convenient. The grape vine is lovely. Wish had more time to spend in the garden.

Hang a larger sign or logo of the hotel name. Not so easy to find the hotel entrance.
