Sovotel @ Napzone KKIA is perfect place to stay if you have a late night or early flight at the Kota Kinabalu Int'; Airport. You can literally take the elevator right up to check in and the gates. The cubical bed is so well thought out. It has everything including a mirror, outlet, pull down table and a marked spot to put your important small items. There is separate locker for your bag and an area where you can organize. The internet worked great.

If the people staying there are not respectful then there is a bit of noise. This was not a big issue but in one instance there was a child in there and the parent did not control behavior. I stayed at this location more than one time, and this only happened once (kid related for sure). Not sure about restrictions on children at these types of places.

Quiet, Extremely Clean and Comfortable Bed. Reception counter staffs are friendly too. It's a CAPSULE DESIGN NAPZONE. Towel is free too. Anyone who have Long Layover or Early morning flights, just book this place for a nap. The location is just inside the KK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Next to Terminal 2 Arrival section. GROUND FLOOR BEHIND KFC. Easy to find. Furthermore there is KFC, MCDONALD'S, STARBUCKS and DUNKIN DONUTS. Also a few Convenience Stores. There is also Clinics, Post Office and Pay To Store Luggage.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location is easy to find and good for some traveler who has a late flight and need a quiet place for rest, only it is not in the restriced area that who has the transit flight will not aavailable to stay there. So far the facility is clean but my capsule 's wall is a bit sticky when I stayed there. Other then that, the restroom is clean and the staff is kind for help. I recommended someone who need to stay at Airport for waiting for the flight but also wanna a quiet place to rest for even a few hours.

Sovotel @ Napzone KKIA is perfectly located for those who have an early morning flight out of the KK Airport. The Cubicle beds are very well designed and the internet was great! Thanks.

Bed was so comfy

While I understand that kids might also be staying in the accommodation, it would be better if parents with kids can stay in a separate area. A parent was letting her kid run loose, and the little boy (cute, but) went around opening the pod curtains and disturbed the guests (including me).

The living space, lockers and amenities is sufficient enough for a traveler who wishes for a quick nap before flights or emergency cases such as standby flights.

I like the gintel area, although I didn't get to use it. The location was nice at the airport, although no sign board pointing there.

I don't like the blue lights, orange maybe better. And the binds don't really block the passerby seeing what I'm doing.

Everything was exveeding my expectation.And its super easy for checking in at the airport.And they provided towels too..

No breakfast available but free hot water and tea or coffee..excellently situated for an early flight..just go upstairs!

I could hear airport announcements which prevented me sleeping for quite a while until flights lessened late at night..
