Room is very spacious, clean, cozy, and has a mini-balcony. Bathroom is good but no bathtub. Depending on the room, your room door might be using a physical key, or it might use a keycode. I suggest the staff should replace all doors with keycode locks for better security. Hotel is strategically located near the airport, and on the ground floor contains plenty of convenience stores, mamaks, tea shops, etc. It also has free parking as well

Navigating from the reception area to your room is like going through a maze. You might want to ask the staff to draw a map or something to help you get on the correct elevator up to your room. You'll get used to it though. The parking is free, but you don't have a reserved parking space for your car, so you park your car randomly. The parking area is a bit smelly in some areas. When you check-in, the staff will ask for a RM100 deposit fee in case there are damages to your room, so please keep that in mind.

Clean and well equipped bedroom. We hired the hotel transfer services which made it easy to find the hotel, otherwise it could be challenging.

It is close to the airport but you still need a taxi/transfer to take you there. The location didn’t look that interesting.

I booked for a double room but when I arrived to check in i was told that they had upgraded my room to family room! It was definitely an awesome news! Instead of having 2 single beds we had 2 queen size beds to ourselves! The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Actually this was the third time we stayed here so u can tell that we were a happy and satisfied customer. Everything was just by walking distance, night market, cafés, convenience stores, 24hours mamak, clinic, self service laundry. Fully recommended.

Getting a parking space was quite challenging. I think that was the only downside of this area.

i like how it's surrounded with restaurants,cafes,and 24/7 convenient stores The receptionist was very friendly with check in/out Very near to the airport and train station for a quick rest when they forget to give us our electric kettle, they came running in giving us that The view of sunset is so pretty from the window.

I feel that the bathroom sink smells weird everytime we use it and the toilet seat cover keeps falling down. Also, there was a smart tv provided, but dont expect much because the netflix app can't be used, so only able to just watch youtube videos which was really misleading because we expect to be able watch NETFLIX as per described in the description it's close to the road and airport so IT CAN BE VERY LOUD during night time. I couldn't even sleep. The sound of speeding cars, speedingmotorcycles and the airplane were so disturbing. They should've make the room soundproof. the sockets at the bed side isn't functioning well, it keeps on turning on and off by itself so it can cause my phones damage, so i used the sockets near the dressing table.

I booked for one-person room, but they mistakenly give me a family room (apartment) which is fine, except it has a weird smell. I guess it is from the toilet. But the next day I requested for my original room and it is better. However i don’t prefer the arrangement/location of theplugs in the room which is quite inconvenient to charge my gadgets or use the kettle. But that is minor

The building and the lifts is quite confusing

The room tht we hve at 5 floor a bit noisy ...but thanks to mdm Ann supervisor change our room to 7 floor tht is more comfortable n spacious plus quiet.last but not least appreciate staff at counter ms cynthia ...very efficient polite and courtesy. Keep it that way....people love being treated nice and respect.thanks again to ms cynthia mdm Ann and mr owen for yr help and service..

The lift quit far from room and not easy to get car park nearest to our room ..

Overall very good from staf to hotel room .. clean and satisfied .. most important my children like the tv got channel youtube Ang Netflix can connect to wifi so clear and fastest wifi .. I give 10/10 and beside at down stair also have restaurant easy can dinner and breakfast .. also got bank and more shop .. and one more good is take 5 minutes to go to Airport so no need to rush ☺️ no jem😂.. Very recommend to all want to stay near airport .. Will came again next year☺️

The room is very spacious. Good quality of bed and pillow. Love the hot shower. Easy check in and check out. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly. Located just 7 min drive from the airport. Ample free parking space. Lots of good cafe, restaurant, and there is even a laundry next to flypod restaurant. Not forgetting bank and clinics also available nearby. Will surely come back and stay here.

I really enjoy my stayed. It is beyond of my expectation. I like the modern concept of the room plus the view of aeroplanes landing and departure. The cleanliness is tip top. For a 3⭐️ hotel, I should say you guys deserve more. The staff is also really nice and prepared all my requests. I would definitely come again. Each of us (3 of us) also got plastic tumbler as a free gift.
