Staff are very friendly and there are several restaurants nearby

Curtain need to be used all the time, because the neighbor buildings are too closed

The service is freakin great !! The receptionist help to call for a grab in the early morning 4am. And i even didn't expect that they have a wake up call service 👍🏻👍🏻

The bathroom is abit too small and without hair dryer (but can ask for it)

Room is comfy. Staff is so nice.

Soap and shampoo are surprisingly such in a very small amount. Suggestion: put two refillable dispensers in the shower.

Unfortunately tv was not able to display channels

I like that its a comfortable room to be in even though it was small, and the bed was comfy.

I didnt like the smell in the toilet, not sure what smell but it could be left over bleach or something, but at times it smells like body odour and im sure its not me. There are some imperfection such as no TV (but I was told during check in but I took the room anyway because Im fine with it), loose toilet door handle, and some minor stuff that can be improved. Toilet had glass wall but have privacy tint installed, okay for solo or couple travellers but other than that, consider this before booking.

I like every corner of the room. Family room super spacious. The toilet provide shampoo, body soap, shower and tissues. The towel also provided and the best part, super comfortable.

No mirror in my room. A bit sad because i had to make up in the bathroom because the mirror only available there. Please provide mirror in room and extra trash can (especially in bathroom). We stayed Family Room, got twio bathrooms but only one bathroom got shampoo and body wash.

Good location, near airport.

Minimum to no facilities. Not a single hangger.
