The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is spacious. Worth the money we paid. We were locals so location kinda bias if we reviewed. But for non local, location is just 5mins drive to major shopping malls and downtown. The beach with spectacular sunset is just 2mins drive, 15mins leisure walk with park along the way. Restaurants are walking distance, there are food stalls during night time just next to the hotel. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with schools next to it.

I guess the tv does not work in our room. Some of the doors of other rooms bang loudly if you let it close on its own so you have to close it slowly

Great location. Close to night market and beach and lots of restaurants. Nice rooftop pool.

Booked it thinking there was breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar by the pool but both were closed and never open, price should definitely be lower as these were not actually included when they said they are! Also birds nesting in the air conditioning vent so very noisy when they were chirping in there and makes me wonder if it is good to be breathing in this air but it’s too hot without it on.

Stayed for a wedding recently and was really satisfied with my stay. Rooms are nice and clean, shower was hot and strong and the beds were comfy. The location is really close to the airport and tjg aru beach. Taxi to city centre is about 10 mins. There is a plaza nearby with plenty of shops, cafe and convenience stores. There's a cafe in the hotel and the food is decent.

The pool is really small, but it's not a big deal. Also the cafe closes early at 2pm. Wished that it opened a little later.

This time, the experience is so-so. Just good location & do not have to worry about parking.

The bathtub is not very clean. Got hairs, greasy, and scratch. Yucks. I booked for a sea view. There is no view at all, only building view in front of us. Request to change room, the staff said all rooms are full. Please change the booking description if you can not give us the exact criteria of the hotel room. Last time King Suite I booked very big. This time, I got the small one. Maybe the sqft of the hotel room is not consistent. Will reconsider twice if we need to go here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel 😊. I really like staying here. The main reason is that it is close to the airport 😁. Besides that, I feel it is very worthwhile to stay at this hotel because the rooms are clean, and other facilities are also easily accessible. As for parking, I’m not sure because I only used Grab 😅. My family, especially my daughter, was also very happy because we got a room with a clear view of planes taking off and landing. ❤️🛫🛬

Clean, comfortable, spacious enough for two, 5 minutes from the airport. Bed very comfortable, ac works well (almost too well).

Only complaint is the wifi system is weird. Each person gets an individual login and code on a piece of receipt paper, that can only be used on one device at a time, and you have to re log-in every time you return to the hotel. They really should just have on log in and one code to make it simpler. We were rifling through the receipt paper trying to find our old log in codes every time it kicked us out Also, while it’s close to the airport, there’s nothing else nearby, so you’ll need to get a 10 minute grab to town for any food or entertainment

i like theres parking lot provided but limited parking space. I like the receptionist during my stay, really helpful and answer all my question properly. Theres vending machine at the lobby so its easy to buy some snacks when needed. The location is near tanjung aru beach, can find lots of food there.

During the evening, the road going to the hotel always jam because its near with tanjung aru beach. Limited parking lot. Less soundproofing. My room aircon not teally working well(my fault for not telling them regarding this).

rooms were great. very spacious, comfortable n homey feeling without too much decor. love the window nook. can sunbathe without going outdoors. love the bath tub also. bigger than other hotels i've been to. staff very good, polite n accommodative. responsive almost immediately.

more towels in rooms please. were given only 1 per person. maybe different towels provided near pool for pool usage. the electric stove provided was not working. complained to reception. unfortunately we were out when they tried to fix it but miscommunication, they heard wrong room number. by the time we got back, maintenance crew were off for the day already. more rubber floor from pool to lifts to prevent slipping on the stairs especially. sunset view was blocked by new hotel next door. oh well.

Clean, spacious reception. Room spacious with mini fridge & great views from 8th floor and roof top bar, especially to watch the sunset. A la carte breakfast available - good choice & freshly prepared. Roof top swimming pool good size and adjacent bar served selection of cocktails. Near Tanjung Aru beach - 10 mins walk - so easy acess for sunset. Amazing street vendors behind hotel - best fresh fish ever.

I like the location, the view, and the surroundings of the places . Very close to tanjung aru Town, where can we find 24-hour orange , laundry, and so on

I think to improve the greeting or customer service to the specific staff . When I was doing my first day, I checked in, and then I recognised it. This is for a better future .. I Reccomend staying again in the future Thank You
