The room is nicely decorated, very tidy, and has a great holiday atmosphere. We had a great time in the swimming pool.

The front desk staff were quite unprofessional. The hotel offered free bowling for guests staying three nights, but when I asked about it, the said they didn’t see it in my order.They even told me to contact Booking.com customer service myself. In the end, I was only able to arrange it after Booking.com’s support team communicated with the hotel directly. It takes time to communicating with Booking.com, who also had to double-check with the hotel. In the end, we could only go bowling in a hurry the night before check-out, and it wasn’t relaxing experience.

The check-in process was incredibly slow. We waited in a queue for an hour before it was our turn. There was a massive number of people having breakfast and it meant queuing up again waiting for tables to vacate

I was here for work and had a Seaview room which was spacious, very well equipped with desk, good lighting, lounge chair, and had spectacular views over the marina, islands and sunset. The power points were universal with USB points and there were at least 5 in the room. There are a selection of pools to swim in and as a swimmer, it was absolutely fantastic to have access to an Olympic sized 50m pool for lap swimming. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast catering to many tastes. Fantastic rooftop bar - a must visit to watch the sunset. I look forward to returning for a holiday break.

The view was very nice, the room and the food was awsome. Credit to housekeeping girl, I noticed there were not many housekeeping and many rooms need to make up, the girl exhausted but still can smile when talking to me. I hope sutera harbour can consider rewards to this magnificent staff. From room 1162

I didn't like the front counter guy, he always asked me to call booking.com since my booking under booking.com. Lastly I was advised to send email to their reservation to changed my payment method not booking.com, unhelpful and lazy guy, when I asked how to edit my booking info at booking.com apps again he asked me to call booking.com. I find my own way and managed to edit my info myself.

Very nice place. The lobby and pool area are beautiful. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are great

They are very strict about not allowing outside food. No grab food. But their prices on the hotel grounds are 5x the local prices. We enjoyed our 2 days at the hotel but any more would be too expensive for us. Also, the beach was closed both days.

It was hot in the gym. Used it at 6am and there was no aircon No bidet in powder room No smart tvs Channels were all blurry Not much to order from room service and couldnt call any grab food delivery 🚚

Our room was upgraded to suite. That was unexpected and the view really nice(except the outside window was stained with mud everywhere), the room is huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, variety of foods and comfortable place.

It was peak time during our check in. We waited almost 2hours to settle for room check in. The problem is i am bringing my 8months baby and no place to breastfeed, and she got hungry and become irritable. I saw other babies also screaming. Preggy women has to sit everwhere without a proper chair. I hope next time priority should be given to preggy women and family with babies.

We were attending a conference and ate at Boleh Cafe, the food was so so so so good with so many options! The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The look of the room was updated and I appreciate the renovations they did. I was comfortable during my stay. Great view of the golf course from the 8th floor.

I didn't like the key cards. They didn't seem to work well to operate the lifts and to enter the room. It took me multiple tries to get the card to be read in the lift before I could even press my floor and it took me a few times to try and enter my room. My friends were staying at the Magellan and traveled to Pacific via the shuttle but the shuttle's operating hours were limited or they caught the shuttle while it was on a 15 mins break and they couldn't wait, so they took a Grab instead to get back to their hotel. The lobby surprisingly was very quiet for a Friday night.
