The views of this place and the penthouse suite is the one to go for! Wow. Loved it.

Pillows were quite thick and sturdy which affected my sleep. Location in terms of accessibility to eateries or a mall - you definitely have to take a grab out. But negligible especially if you are with a family that will enjoy the space and it only takes a 10-15 minutes ride out.

We had a very short stay here, as we had an early flight, but it was a good location and close to the airport. The staff was very nice and the facilities were clean. Massive roof area with a pool was great for watching the incoming lightning storm!

Proximity to the airport. Pool was clean and provided a great way to cool down after our flight. The planes coming into land was a bonus.

We were overall happy to stay there as it is so close to the airport - however, the backs of the sofas need some dusting. My son put his hand across the shelf which is at arm level and there was so much dust. This wasn't a huge issue however, the rest of the apartment was very clean. The only other thing was the noise. During daylight we noticed a fairground was next door. I don't know if this is a permanent fixture but it was very noisy with dance music with very loud bass and an MC talking over it. As we had to be up at 4:30 am it wasn't ideal that it didn't finish until nearly midnight.

The hotel’s in a quiet area, away from the busy streets, but still just a short drive to KK city centre and all the main attractions. It’s an apartment-style setup, perfect for families who want a comfy place to stay. Security’s great too—only guests can access the building and use the lift. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. You’ll also get a dining table, kitchen with a cabinet, electric hob and hood, plus a water dispenser with filtered water—all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The rooftop was the reason I chose this place, despite the outrageous prices. The penthouse had a lot of space. The location is ideal for a home-away-from-home where you can have friends and family over for coffee. There were eateries within walking distance and a stunning library nearby. The washer/dryer combo is a useful feature, as well as having dryer lines on the balcony.

The toiletries in bathrooms are severely watered down and towels need to be upgraded. There were noticeable spots on several pieces of furniture that could use a thorough cleaning. Given the cost of this room, I would have liked to see the snacks replenished daily, but it was only a one-time thing. Unlike other hotels, there was a list of instructions at check-in about cleaning, garbage removal, and other things explained. I requested a late check-out due to our other location's policy against early check-in, but was only given a 1:00pm check-out and sternly warned to arrive at the lobby on time. The housekeeper's knock 15 minutes before 1:00 pm was a very stressful experience.

We love the spacious balcony with a great view of the city & also the sea. Love the big bathtub & swimming pool as well. The room is very big, comfy & clean. And the automated car parking space is very convenient, don't have to worry about limited car space and safety issue. Definitely a great and wonderful experience staying here. Well recommended.

Breakfast options are very limited, theres only 3 options to choose from. Taste wise, unfortunately very bland. Would love to see improvement in the future.

Great location - very near the beach, 10/15mins Grab ride to town centre, 5/10mins from airport Pool on the roof gets sun all day, has some beautiful views and is a great size Rooms are spacious and modern No cable TV but hotel has Netflix and Prime subscriptions Staff were very friendly and efficient

Breakfast is NOT a buffet - it’s room service, provided by an external company, portions are small and it was cold every time it was delivered. You’d be much better not paying for it and going to a local stall for breakfast round the corner… or bring your own food. There were also no sunbeds at the pool - this was a real shocker given the amount of available space on the roof. They really should get some sunbeds up there. Gym is a bit small and has no aircon.

The location is near to many attractions - 9 min drive to Tanjung Aru Beach, 5 min drive to a hypermarket, 15 min drive to city centre.

The facilities in the second washroom - the fan motor is so noisy, it makes very sharp noises which hurt my eyes. The basin is a bit blocked. The water flow out slowly. Luckily no bad smell. The steam iron is not working well, got water leaking out from the bottom. The carpet also not cleaned properly, still got a lot of dust on it. Lastly, it will be more convenient for us if they can install a tray inside the shower room to put the shower gel/shampoo.

The location is perfect because it is close to major places of interest in KK, close to restaurants and supermarket and definitely very close to Tanjung Aru beach for a sunset beach walk. The staff are super friendly and very prompt in addressing your needs. But pls respect them if you want to be a respected guess.

The floor has stained marks from previous guess that the hotel housekeeping may not even have much time to deep clean before we arrive, we assume. Other than this, all are superb. Excellent choice for Muslim families because halal restaurants a a lot and nearby.
