1. All my needs were provided. Only need to bring toothbrush and toothpaste. 2. No charges for the car parks. But if high occupancies may need to be lucky to get one available. 3. If need other food & beverages, shops are nearby.

1. I saw routers on my floor but when asked for ID and Password, answered there's no WIFI provided for the rooms. Ended up using my hotspot. 2. Air conditioner probably need service, little weird smell coming from it.

Old hotel but location very strategic from where I need to go to. It's also near the convenience stores which I can get my daily needs here. The lights are comfortable as they're 2 kind of lighting warm and light which I prefer the light one as my eyes are sensitive to warm light.

The bed is comfortable but a bit itchy to my skin. I also found a piece of soap in the bathroom which indicates that the room is not thoroughly cleaned before I arrive. Therefore, it's a bit disgusting.

It takes only 10 minutes to KKIA and easy to get a grab car from here. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is basic and serve at 7am. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a kiblah sign too.

The only problem is when at Booking.com the price stated RM97.20 but i have to pay RM112.75 at the hotel. i have asked the receptionist and he said it was the service tax. RM15.55 for service tax??

Perfectly comfortable stay for short term stay near the airport Clean room, clean bathroom with good towels, adequate soap, shampoo and toilet paper provided. Bed nice, big, comfy and clean Two bottles of water provided in the room, with tea and coffee making facilities. Big TV AC works well Nice view from the room Good value for money. We didn't eat at the hotel, but their in-room service menu had lots of good options at reasonable prices. There are other little restoran and supermarkets very close by, and it is only 6 / 7RM for a grab ride to/from the airport.

Nothing - everything was good

The location is not far from the airport and convenient as we had a rented car. There are some shops including restaurant, laundry and mini marts nearby. The staff who was manning the reception in the morning was such a pleasant person with a smile.

On the other hand, the staff who was at the reception had no expression and did not explain well. He could be a little nicer. The breakfast was supposed to start by 7am but somehow the venue was not open on time and a had to go outside to have breakfast.

Only 7 minutes to KKIA very convenient location. The family bedroom was big enough to fit the 3 of us plus luggage. Everything was in working condition. Although very near to KKIA..only minimum noise from the Airplanes. Very fast check in and check out too.

Location, parking, staff, air conditioning good - the temperature just perfect..

Socket outlet not enough.. table positioning shouldn’t block the outlet.. i need to adjust the table position in order to use my MacBook charger.. not sure whether the exhaust fan in the toilet was not functioning or they just dont have it installed..

Overall are satisfied. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lift / Elevator available. The room is clean, water heater, tea, instant coffee and sugar provided in the room. Hot water for shower is available, and water pressure for toilet and bathroom are excellent even though I stay at level 3. Sambal Nasi Lemak that served for breakfast is very nice and suit my taste. Parking space are available (first come first serve basis) Coin laundry available nearby (2-3 minutes walking distance)

Aircond is cold but a bit noisy during my stay. Need to service.

It is a classically aesthetic. The staff were so nice. They are gave the exact room that i want.

The bedsheet are not very clean. There was stain marks, yellowish like stain. Hmmm.also the water heater in the bedroom kinda misplaced for me, why does heater at the sink? not in the shower room?
